Dave and his team were excellent to work with! From day 1, he was able to understand my needs and provide exceptional service to the refinance of my home. This experience was made fluidly and he worked around my schedule, which was very difficult to do with other mortgage consultants. Superior customer care has been a bit of a rarity these days, but Dave is always professional and communicates during the whole process. I will 100% whole heartedly recommend this gentleman if I had to undergo the refinance process again, or if a family member of mine had to. Trust that you are in good hands when you contact Dave.

The discussion to purchase a home was very scary at first until Steve gave my fiance and I a call and walked us through every question we had about the process. He was amazing to work with from start to finish and made sure that we had all of our ducks in a row for buying our new home. I couldn't have been any happier with Pete and his team. He was honest and upfront. He worked with us on our original mortgage and we already came back to him for our refinance. The number one reason we kept with him was we trusted him. He helped us get our first mortgage on our first home. Then we refinanced and got an incredible rate. He met with us in person and over the phone whenever we had issues arise (and there were some as I am a small business owner). His team was also great. I don't think we ever had to wait for a response. My wife and I actually laughed at one point that I don't think his "team" ever stopped working - they were easy to contact through email at almost any hour. Sari is so very knowledgeable about the mortgage process. We needed to close in a short time and she was great at letting us know what was needed in order to make that happen. She was available when ever we had questions to ask and either had the answers we needed or got them almost immediately. I could tell that she was working with the staff at Wintrust Mortgage to make it very likely that we got to close when we wanted to, which did happen. It was very nice working with her. Also, the rate was a good as any we found.

Craig did a fantastic job! He helped us through every step of our home purchase, often providing much-needed support and advice. We were buying our first home, and Craig was very helpful providing expert advice, including when our realtor didn't or couldn't. We couldn't have asked for a better mortgage broker! Where do I begin?! Steve and his team were an amazing asset to have on our side during the homebuying process. What can be a stressful, demanding time was turned into a pleasant, exciting experience for us because of Steve, Cindy, & Tom. I had a fantastic experience with Wintrust Mortgage, specifically Nick Kenny. I would recommend him to anyone without concerns. I wasn't someone who could just show up somewhere for a loan and automatically receive it. I had made some mistakes with my credit in the past but have been on a really good path for quite some time and Wintrust saw that. They were able to make my mortgage happen and I couldn't be happier with my interaction with them.

I worked with Justin to buy a condo recently. He is super easy to work with, informative, and responsive! This was my first time buying, and Justin helped walk me through all the important stuff. He also turns around applications so quickly so that you can get an offer in on your perfect home. I had heard so many horror stories with mortgages and am still surprised how smoothly it went.
