I've used Credit Unions for more than 25 years and my experience here is second to none. Staff is knowledgeable and respectful and the CU offers some great options for loans and mortgages.

Kurt has helped me so much , thank you Kurt , your the best. You all reading this need to change from a bank to Winnebago credit union!!! You will be extremely happy you did!!!

Terrible service!! Very rude women working there, who should be HAPPY they are working at all, cashing my puny checks. The one in the mustard yellow shirt today, blonde.. literally GLARED at us for pulling up, and just walked away.. several minutes later (i was the only customer) the teller came out of wherever she was hiding, refused to say even hello. No greeting whatsoever! We asked how are you today? (Blank stare) She literally yelled at us because she claimed she couldn't hear us after repeating myself three times already. After I said something, she finally cheered up some. We are all stressed out, not just you. Get it together. I'm done with this bank, as they are generally rude, but now worse than ever.

Bad service and bad experiences. Their mobile app doesn’t work very well. I frequently get errors that say “unable to access servers try again later” which is very frustrating when I’m trying to pay a vehicle loan. My debit card works 1/10 times when I am paying with it. I still don’t know what the reason is but it’s nerve racking using their debit card services. During the pandemic, I have seen their Neenah branch only using one teller. It gets busy there around noon, my time is longer because I am on my lunch break and need to get service quickly.

Terrible banking experience. We have banked here for many years and the past six months have been terrible! My husband deposits his work checks and they seem to put it in my son's account or another account other than the one he provides them the number for! Service is not stellar and they lie to cover their own butts. Do not recommend! If I could give less than one star I would. In the process of switching to another credit union.

Just went thru a co-sign experience that was absoultly terrible! The loan officer was rude and and didn't communicate much including the interest rate. My wife and i both have over an 800 credit score and because i am retired we were both requierd to co-sign! 18% on a 2000 dollar loan and a loan officer who complained about how much work she had to do to set the loan up! Needless to say wrote a ck out to a hard working struggling family do i need a co signer to cash it! Thought credit unions were supposed to help families in need! Never ever would i bank at Winnabago Community Credit union! Neenah Branch!!!!!

Patti Felker helped me through the home refinance process professionally and in terms I could easily understand. She also showed me different options in which I could pay off the loan more quickly. I have since paid of the loan with much thanks to Patti and the folks at Wincu. I refer my customers to the Credit Union as they seek financing options.

Very rude service. Especially the little girl who picks up the phone. She needs to mind her business and only offer her opinion when asked. If this bank doesn’t turn around the service. We will be looking into a different bank to go through. LLc accounts and all others.

Refinanced both properties with WCU/Neenah Branch. Marci was fantastic! Upfront, honest, and professional. WCU will be our go to CU from here on out. Thanks!
