Wings Financial Credit Union 87th St, Otsego

Opened up a checking and savings account with Emily today. What a great experience! She was very professional and went out of her way in helping set up the app with me. She is a big asset to this branch and I was very comfortable working with her today. Customer service is what it is all about. I’m thinking I will be very happy with Wings.

Went to the drive thru for a simple credit card payment and deposit. Was greeted right away and then spent 15+ min waiting for these transactions to be completed. This isn't the first time this has happened at this location. It looked only one person was helping everyone while I could still see 2 other people in the building that were employees. I don't think I will be returning to this location. I will be going out of my way to try another branch.

Took a car loan from this company. It’s a pain to get a hold of anyone by phone. If you hit 0 to be transferred to anyone just returns you to the root automated and If you figure to get in line to speak with a rep - “We are experiencing a large call volume, call later.” And hangs up. If you don’t have your information handy like being out of town or accidentally threw the letter away with info needed to just make a payment. good luck chuck must be there motto Absolutely terrible and not up to date with the modern age and out of touch. I would recommend any other bank

DO NOT get a auto loan from them... Wings makes it almost impossible to pay your bill. I have spent about a total of 20hours over the last year trying to make my monthly payment. Honestly if I would known it was this hard I would of went with my other credit union and paid the extra 1% apr.

We were going to open a basic checking out with them but after trying to contact customer service, we won't be. It took over an hour to reach anyone. We will be banking where there is better customer service.

If I could give a negative star rating I would.....I have an auto loan through this company and can never get numbers straight. One month I owe $750 next month towe company is knocking for repossession because I owe $2,100.

This is the worst experience I’ve had with customer service, bill paying accessibility, and more. It’s literally impossible to make a payment. There is next to no help. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone. The hoops needing to be jumped through just to do something simple is beyond me. I will never bank with them again.

Was running late to pick up a check. Pulled into drive thru after they had closed. But only by minutes. Lucky for me I came across Emily, who was amazing. She stilled took care of me anyway. That was great I can't thank her enough. Always enjoy working with wings and the awesome staff. Especially Emily

Applied and received a loan. Terrible customer service in the process. Call multiple times, leave multiple voice messages and emails. The loan was done and approved, all we had to do was get a hold of the loan officer. 3 days later she picks up her phone, it felt like a miracle. So no, she did not email or call back, just luck of the draw she happened to pick up. Inexcusable!!! The loan should have been done many business days earlier. Clearly customer service is not a priority.

Don’t ever accept a cashiers check from someone who banks here! They won’t work with you, or tell you if the check has been submitted for payment by your bank. Their customer service is worthless!
