You can't reach anyone to talk in person. I tried calling their main number, an 800 number and using chat on their website. Not able to reach a live person. I will be switching my account I did see the reply from Wings. I did try both options and I was still unable to reach someone. I ended up calling a mortgage consultant to have her try to reach someone “live” for me. (I was not in need of anyone in the mortgage department, but they were the only ones that would answer a phone call) Funny story - she was unable to reach someone, but at least she did email an answer back to me later that day. I just feel this is poor customer service.

8-2021 Two Stars Remodeling the inside and the tellers are gone! Replaced with machines and video teller. It’s Always about making more money. Time will tell how much deposits DROP at this branch and or before it’s closed Hope the decision makers are proud. Before 7-2021 - 5 STAR Have always had GREAT service from this branch. Need a notary, consider it done. Tellers and private bankers great.

I love it's convience close to my house. I have the best service with Nicole Menz (Branch Banker), Nicole is awesome ... Super nice and help you get what you need to be done! That's why I loved banking at Wings!

Went in today just to figure out some account stuff. Lucas helped me out a lot and explained everything clearly and precisely. If it wasn't for him, I probably wouldn't come back on account of the bad country music playing LOL!

The Eden Prairie wings financial location is the worst location their ATM is brand-new but never working I have a night job so I will swing by the ATM because the lobby isn’t open to deposit cash and it is never working very frustrating to have to drive all the way to Chaska this location needs work!

I have always had great experiences with Wings as a whole. This was my first time dealing with the EP location. I scheduled an appointment almost 2 weeks ago to sit down with someone, and came in to find out that the consultant was going to be 20 minutes late. That's understandable, life happens. After talking with my partner for a minute we decided we would run out and get coffee to pass the time and would be back soon. When we approached the person who had previously spoken to, she let us know that the consultant won't be coming in for another hour. I don't have another hour. I work in scheduling and know exactly how this should have been handled, and it is 100% not like this. It is a failure on the entire location's part that I was not contacted prior to my arrival- it was obvious that the representatives knew what was going on when I walked in. Don't waste your time going to this location- there is an aura of unprofessionality and I'm sure you'll be disappointed as well.

I have been using this wings location for roughly 2 years and have yet to have a bad experience, the staff is friendly and helpful and attentive to your needs, location is clean and well kept. Recommended banking and location.
