    Is like one stop shopping. I got my vehicle registration and my tag on the spot . The loan approval was faster compared to my past experienced with previous car dealers. To me l believe the employees represent the company. Those employees l met there on that day were respectful and they valued my time as precious. They wasted no time in getting me out the place.     If you're looking for a new or pre-owned vehicle, Winegardner in Brandywine is the one! My sales rep was Khalil M., and Rick crunched the numbers. Those guys are the greatest! Khalil had patience with showing me the vehicles, letting me test drive them, and answering my questions. Every single person at this location was friendly and literally made me feel like family. This was my first time there, but the service made me feel like a regular. I did make a purchase and I am beyond happy with it. These five star reviews are not an exaggeration.

    Since day one in choosing this dealership for maintaining my truck, I have been impressed with the compassion and family feel warmth. Dave the service manager is outstanding as it’s rare you get to interact with the service manager this way. Ellien is always up beat and ensure I’m taking care of. If you don’t want to feel like a number, I highly recommend giving this dealership service department a try. I’ve been writing reviews about this establishment since 2016 and I’m still impressed with the level of professionalism you received. Dave the general manager is not one of those types that sit at his desk and give orders. You will often find him in the service Bay Area assessing the service. Again, I’m not being paid anything for my comment as I’m a very picky customer when it comes to the service of my vehicle. Give this GMC service station a try and judge for yourself.

    I went to another GMC dealership in Alexandria, Virginia and was informed nobody could look at my car. I would have to wait until after the next year and I would be charged because it's not covered under warranty and they had it for a week at the dealership. I went to pick up my car and have it dropped off to Brandywine GMC and it was looked at one day before my scheduled date and was fixed before the week was out! Great customer service and I'm very satisfied, plus it was covered under warranty.

    Very disappointed with the cost. I paid almost $100 over the quote provided earlier. I paid $172 for a new key but was quoted $90 over the phone. Also, I had to adjust all my mirrors and seats. I wonder why my settings were adjusted.

    Eileen was very accommodating with scheduling an appointment and having a rental car available on the day of my appointment. Grant Sullivan called me in advance of starting repair work to tell me what repairs were needed and the cost of each repair. This quality of service is second to none!

    Service department and General manager are awful. I brought my truck in to be serviced, asking very specifically for them to thoroughly go through everything as I had just bought it used. I had asked them specifically to investigate an issue that seemed to be shutting the truck off, to which they replied “it’s just the new stereo you got draining the battery, can’t do anything about that.” Beyond that, I asked about brakes, transmission, everything I wanted every aspect of it gone through with a fine tooth comb. 2k later, vast majority of it in labor, they said my truck is good to go. Immediately get in and 1) The TPMS sensors are blank - a sticking point because it was something I had directly mentioned to them. They claimed the programming didn’t take, took it back and re-did it. Pressures are reporting. 2) I drive about a mile down the road to a different shop to have my truck cap installed, and the truck won’t start. The guys bring out cables to jump it, to find the positive battery terminal is loose. - This tells me one thing for sure; There’s no way his tech spent any time actually troubleshooting it, or looking in to it - Which is what I had specifically asked him to do. 3) About a week later, my brakes start feeling pretty touchy, and non-responsive. I took it to a different mechanic to reveal the brakes were nothing short of barren. Had to completely replace the master cylinder, brakes and rotors. So, obviously the hours and time they’re reporting to spend on the work they’re doing is incorrect or potentially a lie. When I spoke to the manager, he was nothing short of curt and rude. “What do you want from this? Because there’s no way I’m giving you a refund of any sort. I’m also the manager and manage this entire place, so I think it’s best you just take this to your buddy from now on” is the gist. What I removed was the laughing/mocking coming from him during the course of our conversation. Rude barely begins to cover it. Unprofessional, hands down. Would never recommend this place to anyone, and will absolutely be talking with corporate. If this is the standard on how their dealerships are ran, they need to know it is unacceptable and faulty.

    I spoke with my salesman (Matt) prior to arriving to purchase a specific GMC Sierra 1500 that I found online. Mark assured me that the vehicle was available and scheduled me to meet with him at 12 noon that day. My drive to the dealership was approx. (1) hour. Once I arrived, I notice that the truck was sitting in front of the store, but a gentleman and his wife was putting their belongings inside of the same vehicle that I was purchasing. I asked Matt what happened, and he stated that another sales person showed and sold the vehicle. Note, I didn't receive a call from Matt to inform me that this transpired. Shortly after regrouping, it was apparent that Matt was very inexperienced and displayed no interest in my GMC Sierra 1500 vehicle purchase. When I asked him questions in reference to the vehicle operations, service department, warranties, pricing, etc., he could not provide me with any information. His answers were that he didn't know. This is unexceptable. I finally spoke with Mark (sales manager) to explain my concerns and he immediately changed the energy and my disinterest. He also introduced me to Dave (service manager), who was also very helpful! The two managers were exceptionally helpful! It's pretty unfortunate that great customer service and knowledge of products doesn't exist by sales associates. It appears you must always count on a manager to get the job done!     The staff there particularly Grant and Eileen are so friendly and courteous. They go out of their way to make your visit as convenient as possible. There are many GMC service providers I could go to but I’d rather drive from Bowie, MD to have my vehicle serviced here. Outstanding job!!

    Thanks to Jordan, Antonio and Mark, our experience was great. They were very helpful on giving us options on Buick Enclaves to choose from and test drive. Antonio & Jordan came up with the perfect Enclave for us. All three gentlemen help us in the searching and finding the right one. We had to bring the vehicle back that following Monday, Mark ensured that the problems address/fixed and the vehicle given back to us the same day, instead of the service departments delivery date of the next day.     Ms. Eileen Kendall is an outstanding customer service representative. We did a priority night drop with no appointment as our GMC's headlights went out. MS. Kendall called us before 7:00 a.m. the next morning to say that she had the vehicle and that she would get the vehicle in and she wanted our authorization to perform a vehicle diagnostic o ther GMC and we said yes. Around 12:30 she informed us that she was still trying to get it in to a technician. She called later to explain that we needed new headlights. Then she went over the amazingly high cost as GMC built a vehicle that you would have to remove the grill to install headlights. This is poor design on GM's part. She said that we should have it for us today. She called at 5:00 to inform us that it was ready. It took awhile for us to understand the large estimate and she assisted us and she was able to get a small reduction in our costs. We appreciate her always professional service to us.     My oil change service has never taken more than 30-45 mins with my appointment. This time I was told one hour, and it took 2 hours and 15 mins just because I asked for my rear windshield wiper to be changed. It was terrible! I also told the service department that I have a service plan that was purchased and they did not notate that which caused me to have to dispute the bill after waiting double the time. I would have never been able to pick up my children on time if I did not have a backup plan that day. I am seriously irritated with the time management in service and hope this is resolved.

    I had work on my 09 GMC Acadia at home in Louisiana before coming up for vacation and visiting family. One of the ignition sensor replaced at home went out up in Maryland. I worked with Dave and Margie to get the warranty work taken care of, they handled everything with the dealership in Louisiana. I'm back on the road. Great service.

    I was unsure what to expect driving from Pa to MD to look at purchasing a vehicle. The staff was great and the experience was wonderful. I left with a new vehicle and a GMC dealership I would highly recommend.     I like that there was no pressure to buy. That Jordan, our salesperson was very knowledgeable about the Sierra 1500 and answered all of our questions. Rick from finance was great in getting our financing together. Everyone worked so well together that things went very smoothly and quickly! We didn't have to be there all day long like at some other dealerships.
