I’m going to take a second and be very blunt: Rob Wilson is the best mortgage broker you will ever have the privilege of working with. I had an absolutely awful realtor and the process for me to close on my home was an uphill battle every step of the way. Rob was somehow able to deal with all of that while at the same time keeping me well informed and explaining in great detail every step of this process. Rob is no longer just a mortgage broker for me - he’s my friend. He came through for me during a process that was more stressful than it should have been. I attribute the successful closing on my home 100% to him. No one (not other mortgage brokers or even banks) could touch the APR and Cash To Close that Rob was able to secure for me. He came in well under my budget (surprising literally everyone I know) and left me wiggle room for if things went sideways (which they have not). I’m happy to report that I’m writing this from the comfort of my beautiful new home, which I never thought would be possible at the ripe old age of 26. Sean is by far the best mortgage broker we have ever used and we have purchased 2 homes and refinanced 3 times and Sean was the best broker we have ever used by far. We had an awful experience with our last refinance but not this time. Sean was wonderful and made the process very quick and easy and always answered any questions we had in a very timely fashion. He was always very professional and helpful with whatever questions we had and he got us the best rate possible. I gave him 5 stars but if there were a 10 stars he would get 10. Robert and Mike worked very hard to ensure that I would hit my closing date! They were very responsive and answered questions when I was confused as a first time home-buyer. My mortgage was difficult due to the complexity of the property and I was afraid that I was not going to close on time. (The previous potential buyers for the property I bought were unable to obtain a loan because of the complexity of the property and had to back out, thus I was able to put an offer on the property).
