Andy got me in an excellent vehicle for a great price. The best part of shopping with Willy Herold is that they won’t pressure you to try to buy something above your price range. They are happy to get you into something you can actually afford. We’ll always buy our used cars from these folks!

I called asked some very basic details about a vehicle for sale. (How many keys, owners manual). He said I could get them off ebay myself. I asked if smoked in, he didn't know. I asked if he could check first since I live very far away. He said ok, i asked if he could call back if he was busy he said ok and hung up, didn't ask my name or number.

I like looking at cars, getting an idea for what I want. They have a good selection of cars and the price is up front. They never hound you or pressure you about buying, just let us look and answer questions about the cars. I feel comfortable going back and looking at their new cars. I have not heard any bad experience about the dealership.

Bought a beautiful Big Horn from Willy Harold great honest man will do more business in the future with this dealership.

I always feel confident when doing business with Willy Herold. I have bought cars from them and used their automotive shop for oil changes and other small repairs brakes door handles etc. I have always been satisfied with there honest, dependable and affordable service.

This business is amazing. They have excellent customer service. Buying a car with this company has been an amazing experience. I’m so thankful.

First off they don't wear mask.So they don't care about customer safety at both locations. When I was with Andy (the veteran location) he quoted my 2011 Mitsubishi Glant for $4000. But the other location has more options so I drove to the other location where the guy quoted a different amount of $2000 for my car. When I asked why the guy told me that's his quote note the other guys. So both locations clearly run business differently. Also most the cars that was being shown were used. The location at Warm Stringers refuses to negotiate on price but Andy at the Veteran location will. Which is funny because the 2016 Kia optima he showed me follows under the year that needs to be recalled. I would think that a car sales man would lower the price if a car would come in that state and not be 19k. Also, I bought my car 2011 Mitsubishi Glant from them 3 years ago. Within the second month of having it I had engine problems and I had to pay $3000.00 for a hold brand new engine for the car. I WOULD HIGHLY ADVICE NOBODY TO BUY A CAR FROM THIS COMPANY. BUT IF YOU ARE GOING TO GO SEE ANDY AND NOT THE LOCATION ON WARMS SPRINGS I WILL BE BUYING MY VECHICLE FROM A ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. THEY JUST LOSE A CUSTOMER.

I have never been somewhere that was as quick as Willy Herold and his staff.. Greeted with smiles right when I walked through the door got approved for the car I wanted everything just went very smooth.. They do not over price like most around here most of the vehicles on the lot very low mileage. I'll def be back thank you guys for all your help (:
