I usually try NOT to give a 5 star review, somewhat out of principle. I mean, there is ALWAY room for improvement, right? Paul's team at Willamette Falls Financial were so responsive and helpful though, that our experience was nothing short of full marks. They listened while we described our goals, clearly explained our options, and quickly got to work on our decided path. We are really excited to have been able to take advantage of the current low rates and refinance, but had no idea a competent team could make it so easy. Honestly, the fifth star was do to their setting up a notary to come to our home so that we could meet our timeline on a locked interest rate. That is exceptional service.

Paul and his Staff did an outstanding job throughout the process!!! He got us an excellent rate that was 2 points below what even my bank couldn’t match!! Yea Paul!! After having had a horrible experience on a refinance using a different lender, Paul and Jaime at Willamette Falls led me through the process and kept me informed of the status throughout. They answered all my questions and all my phone calls! Smooth and easy! Good experience!

I requested quotes for a mortgage from several lenders/brokers. Two of the five I dropped quickly, because they didn't seem to even read my email questions (continued to spam me with random emails). One I stopped responding to because when I asked for a pre-approval, I received something that was closer to pre-qualification (nothing about my info was verified). One I dropped because they seemed to not even know how to calculate loan-to-income ratios (!!). Paul Gowen at WFF was the fifth. Friendly, meticulous, and just overall professional across the board. He knew everything about everything: my loan options, loan-to-income, approval process. Rates were as competitive as anyone's. He got me multiple pre-approval letters quickly, each written specifically for that particular offer. Then when the offer was finally approved, he and his team were on point with everything; consistent communication, making sure everything was ready in advance. Seller was hoping for a 30-day closing. WFF got everything ready early; I could have closed on day 26 (seller wanted to go the full 30 days). Overall, a very easy, successful process. From my four mortgages (two purchases, two refinances), this one was the smoothest. Paul at WFF is just simply competent, effective and reliable, and I couldn't recommend the company enough. I'm already steering my friends to them.

I cannot say enough about the experience that I had with Paul and Jaime from start to finish. I didn't know it could be that easy to close a loan.
