Wildcat Pawn & Jewelry Tuttle Creek Blvd, Manhattan

Just used them as an FFL. They charged me $32. I have used them in the past and it was $15. Other pawn shops still charge $15. In my opinion they're taking advantage of customers because of the large amount of gun sales right now. I will never do business with wildcat pawn and jewelry in Manhattan Kansas ever ever again.

I've been in there several times helping them get back their money for the items they've taken in pawn and been treated as well as anyone could ever expect short of a coffee machine. These guys/gals are GREAT to customers that are in there when I am and always have a warm smile for you when you have a question. Honestly, if I need something for my shop they are the first call I make. If they have it I stop the search and get in the truck. I'm confident that you will find the experience just as I did. They deserve the reviews they have and they definitely have my one, very largely proclaimed, vote as well. Thanks guys! And no, I don't work there. :P

Tried using them as an FFL dealer, and it was evident they have done it very few times. I'm sure they're alright as a regular pawn shop, but DO NOT use them for an FFL transfer. The guy had no idea what he was talking about and ended up costing me lots of time and money to have my package shipped back to the original dealer and then to a different FFL pick up. Absolute worst experience I've ever had with picking up a firearm, and the guy wasn't willing to help at all.

The only reason I put one star was because u can't pick zero. The customer service was horrible, and in my specific situation when I was trying to buy a product I had backed out in the middle of it because they were so rude, and on top of that they didn't wanna give me my money back (which was $540) and they would not return my money till I threatened to call the police. Reluctantly I got my money back and I will never do business there again or recommend any one else do business there.

I have pawned and purchased here for years with no problems, no surprises, receiving fair prices and great customer service for the better part of a decade.

Amazing customer service. Unlike other pawn shops, the people working at wildcat do not act like they are doing you a favor by allowing you to be a customer. I bought a handgun that didn’t function right and brought it back 8 days later. I got my money back (in cash), with no drama. They did not try to make me trade or offer me store credit. I got another handgun, confident in their outstanding service. I will definitely be back.

I used to use this place since I moved here in 2010 but never ever again. The manager there uses personal conflict to ban me. A long time customer. It's not my problem he acts that way. It's very sad bc I'm not alone in thinking this store has really gone downhill in friendliness and customer service. Sam needs to run the place because hes only person who acts like he cares about customers. My laptop was taken and my designer VERA BRADLEY BAG was also taken then given away without even bothering to give a courtesy call. It's not like I didnt say I wanted it back. I'm closing my account next month and I'll never ever return. Me or my friends n family. Its disgusting g how big headed gotten.

I've been going to this shop for about 5 years now. It's my go to store if I'm looking for a TV or a gaming system. I have purchased a 32" 1080p, 46" 1080p, Xbox 360, and PS4 from this store as well as many games and movies. I have never had any problems with anything I've bought and I've owned the tv's and the xbox for 4 years and the PS4 for about 6 months. I have also taken several loans here and when I come back for my things they are in perfect condition. I've saved hundreds of dollars over retail on my purchases, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I cannot recommend Wildcat Pawn highly enough!

Nice selection most of the time and If he don't have it he will try and find what it is your looking for. Great business with good people behind it!#StayReal

Not much to look at but the service is great. Good pricing and selection of firearms. Highly recommended.
