Went vehicle shopping with my sister here, the staff was very friendly. Aiden was amazing and transparent with us the whole time about the truck we were looking at. Jason in finance was great too about everything, from the down-payment to the final paperwork. It's a whole different atmosphere there compared to the larger car dealerships, they are laid back and made the whole process of buying a vehicle fun and stress free

Came to look at a vehicle and we arrived at are appointment time. Just for them to tell us that the vehicle sold the night before. I'm not upset about it be sold, but call would have saved us the time and gas money. Just seems unprofessional to me.

Told me I was approved and convinced me to give them the down payment before they closed.(i asked him multiple times to confirm that i was approved to be told multiple times "Yup! You're approved!) Told me to get insurance on the vehicle and come back the next day to pick up the vehicle. Go in the the next day and 1000 dollars later to be told I was not approved. Now I get to wait around for money that was already mine to be refunded back to me.

Rip off and con artist I did a buy here pay here with them I made it 37 miles before the rear went on the 2007 dodge ram 3500 they said that the work I asked to be done before pick up wasn't even touched the just cleared the codes the transmission they said they put in was no good they put the wrong rear in so the speed gage was wrong by 5 miles when I went to pick up the truck after they so called fixed it they asked for a payment, I never made it home besides work with the truck to make money after that it broke down 8 more times before the next weekly payment was due they ask me to bring it in so they can try to fix the problem buy they never returned the truck they said it was a volunteer repo and that they are keeping my money but if I want the truck to give them 10000.00 and everything would be squashed but someone in the inside told me they didn't want to fix the truck that it would cost them to much to fix so they just want to sell it so it can't come back I have a lawyer looking into it and the shady transport company that is associated with them also filing a complaint to BBB on them I have all phone calls recorded and I recorded all of our talks man are they in for it. If you buy from them be very careful here are some pics of the truck don't buy it unless you are going to rebuild it completely trust and believe I have the list of what is needed...to your reply to I would of made the 1st week payment if I didn't get held for 3 weeks of waiting for the truck and then getting it just to break down 37 miles from the dealership then another 4 days to get it with a used rear end and even then I didn't make it home so keep talking
