I ended up working with Teresa to find just the right stone to order to fit an engagement ring I had picked out from their website of options. All the folks have been very friendly and prompt to help whenever needed. We were very happy with the service.

Amazing and FAST service. Brought my rings in to be sized at 9:45 one morning, met with the jeweler who explained what sizing would be safest for the integrity of my ring, and they called at 3:00 THE SAME DAY to say they were ready!!! Ashley and Dustin were so helpful! I brought in a pair of glasses that snapped at the ear piece. They took them back and had it welded together within 5 minutes. $30 to fix a $200 pair of Ray Bans! Not only are the prices very fair on their jewelry, but their selection is good and changes regularly. While I go there to get great jewelry, I mainly go there for repairing jewelry. They have not only performed simple repairs on necklaces and such, but they have built jewelry for my wife, added missing diamonds, added settings to rings and built earrings to match a necklace I had bought from them. Gave me a quote to buy piece of jewelry two days ago and went back to sell it today and they offered me 17% less. With a lot of attitude from the sales girl. I don’t do business like that or recommend people who do. It’s a shame because I’ve previously been a customer and referred them many times. Never again. Also, beware that when you talk to them about selling something they’re going to try and de-value it And tell you, for example, the carat is less than it is. I played dumb because I know what it is and I wanted to see their game. Teresa is great and always has been. I do not recommend the others and I won’t recommend them again. 20 minute later update: I left here and immediately went to another jewelry store and sold it for significantly more than was quoted to me at wholesale jewelry. And, he was honest with me on how many carats it was and didn’t attempt to short change me.

My husband bought my engagement ring/wedding bands here in 2016, so I have to come back every few months to have the ring checked. Everyone here is always so pleasant and eager to help with any issue I may have. This time, Hayley was super nice and very fast with getting my ring checked and cleaned. I, also, had an issue with my pearl earrings falling out due to the backings being kind of loose. Hayley and Brian got me a new, tighter pair of backings and solved the issue like rock stars. Dealing with other jewelry stores has always been such a nightmare, but Wholesale really is the best place to buy high quality jewelry with excellent customer service. 🙂

I’ve driven by wholesale jewelry many many times. I finally stopped in just before Christmas to see if they could fix a chain clasp. Although it was stainless steel and there was some concern it might break I asked them to try. Less than 5 minutes it was fixed. Total charge was $0.00 yes nothing. The show room was immaculate, well lit, and the employees were very very helpful. I highly recommend you stop in if you’ve driven by many many times.

I came in with specific ideas of what I was looking for. I then I expanded my search and the sales girl with a long blonde ponytail was so patient. She brought out numerous tray of gems. I ended up getting something very different than my original idea but it was perfect. I was not spending loads of money but she treated me as if I was. Thank you for your patience.
