    Kenny was excellent- explained everything very clearly. Kept in contact. He waited to hear whether I wanted to have things done that were not “have to’s”. He offered me a ride when it was time to pick up the car and a great young man(his name began with an R- sorry I cannot remember his full name) picked me up. I lost my husband in 2021 and I have had to take over all the responsibilities- which includes car repair. To say this is difficult is an understatement. I appreciated the thoughtfulness that was shown to me. I explained that because I am now alone, it is even more important that my car is in good working order. Things do happen that are out of our control, but at least I can do everything I can.

    Got appointment when I wanted. Waited for my car in a nice clean waiting area w tv. 👌 Flo and everyone are so polite and professional! I have trouble walking and dropped all my stuff and a lovely young lady vw employee, I did not know her name. Helped me not once but twice! They are all very nice there 😀 😊 and in my opinion the service is excellent 👏 👍

    I dropped off our beloved Volkswagen for regular 30k service and to debug an intermittent issue with the ECM light and engine stalling. They quickly performed all of the prescribed maintenance work. Two days later the ECM issue was diagnosed, and the parts arrived the next day. This is despite shipping delays everywhere else. I am very grateful that the repair was covered under warranty and that Volkswagen of Lash has even offered to pay for part of the rental car bill. I heard that they even have a shuttle service if you need a ride somewhere.

    I usually take my car the for service, my last appointment with them i met a guy that i never seen there before and had a horrible experience with him. My car went in for a bulb change and ended up with my oil being changed which was already done a month prior , as if that was not enough, Kris Kampf was telling me 101 things wrong with my car trying to do an up sell to run my bill to $600. I felt i was profiled, being a woman, they think we dont know anything about cars that we will just swipe credit cards for whatever amount we quoted. His manager Jason supported him of course. I ended up telling them to remove the bulb from the car and walked off! just be aware of this guy and extra things they try to do. Other workers there never had issues with them.

    I brought my car for a service and Windshield wiper blades, the blades don’t work, they had to change them two times before I left with them still not working because obviously they’re incapable. I bring the car home and now the navigation, infotainment, auto start stop all don’t work but they were fine before your service Dept touched my car. So, I call 4 times over 2 days before I get someone on the phone all while I have an undrivable car that is now broken - this is the second time this happened from your service department - I called up I was told to wait 6 more days for an appt. Seriously? You broke my car! I was told I can drop it off in like 2 days and hopefully they’ll be able to get to Look at it that day or another day, but they can’t promise that will happen. And, they’re not sure when the next available appointment is days after that so I’m potentially dropping my car off for whenever your people Might take the time to look at it over the next weeks? But you BROKE it, not me. Refuse to give me a loaner, only refuse to assist in anyway because they charged VW for the service and I should go away. So I get to drive an unsafe car because I have no alternative and can go die when it spontaneously stops again because your people are too busy to fix the issue they caused AGAIN!!

    I arrived at 7:30 am on a tow truck with my car. I was probable pretty stressed out not knowing anything about the dealer but the driver assured me my experience would be extraordinary. Boy was he right. Kenny, my service adviser, met me outside, directed me to the coffee area and proceeded to in-process the car. I had an important situation later in the day but Kenny was able to match his schedule to mine and everything worked out beautifully. I can't express how happy I was, and still am. Kenny was super courteous, friendly and professional. He took that extra step also when he realized I had left my credit card at the desk. He immediately called me. One less thing to be stressed about. I was a transient and got great care, locals and repeat customers are really lucky.

    I had a limited experience regarding my car annual NY safety and emissions inspection. They were professional and I was on my way all set in 45 minutes on a Saturday. Highly recommended at least for car inspection.

    Had maintenance oil change. VW offered a courtesy shuttle ride while I waited for the job to be completed. The oil change was done quickly and shuttle rides were comfortable. Will do business again in the future.
