Wheatland Bank S Pioneer Way, Moses Lake

First off, I rarely write reviews, so that alone says something that I felt the civic duty to share my experience with fellow home buyers. Our story begins when a big box mortgage company drops the ball on a home purchase, jeopardizing my home purchase as well as the purchase of the owners new home that was closing immediately after our deal closed. Given hours (not days or weeks) notice, Jared at Wheatland Bank worked through the weekend to create a plan to save both deals. My family and I cannot thank Jared enough and would enthusiastically recommended this company to anyone and everyone.

Don’t expect much for customer service I’ve been banking at wheatland for years and I always have to call the corporate office to have simple situations handled. Don’t waste your time at this branch they are all about the bottom line. Regardless of how much they tell you they are about their customers... the Moses lake branch of wheatland is full of tellers that will lie to your face over an overdraft and then refuse to explain themselves.

The online banking for Wheatland banks seems to always be having troubles which is irritating BUT the employees at the Moses Lake branch make up for that. I've had accounts with them for a few years now and have met many different employees, each one kind and helpful. I bank with this bank because of them.

Manager really does not understand customer service. This branch isn't deserving of the 5 stars it says it holds. If you like being persecuted then this is your branch.

Customer service makes you feel very unwelcome. Condescending and slow.
