Westwind Reserve by Meritage Homes Mathewson Way, Murfreesboro

We worked with Crystal Jarrell on the purchase of our future home. The process went well until contract signing. We were promised by Crystal that there would be no more increases in price. Later we found out, the price would increase by another 13k - bringing the total price increase to 23k. We ultimately backed out as Crystal would later deny she made that promise. This was really upsetting as we really enjoyed working with her.

I’ve worked with Crystal on a couple of transactions and she’s always been professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Unfortunately some times there’s things that happen outside of her control (such as material/supply delays, pricing changes by corporate). However; she’s always been transparent with potential changes and set clear expectations.

The on-site agent Crystal was very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions as a first time home buyer. I’m looking forward to a brand new Meritage Home later this year in phase 2. This community is amazing.

Do not buy home from these people they will not stand behind their warranty!!!!!!!!

Great experience. Crystal was amazing. She was Very knowledgeable of construction, organized and very easy to communicate with if there were any issues or problems. Sadly I did not buy the home. Next time I am looking for a new construction home I will be reaching out to Crystal

Crystal is incredibly professional, diligent, and knowledgeable of the building process and delivery of the home. She is extremely helpful and communicative to her buyers. Really enjoyed working with her!
