I had two issues that were critical and time-sensitive that needed timely assistance from WestStar. When I contacted WestStar for assistance, they responded with such speed and efficiency that it blew away my expectations. Normally when dealing with any financial institution, one may expect a high degree of bureaucracy. Not so with WestStar. They were incredibly responsive. I've got a dozen different loans being serviced by WestStar. I'll continue to use and recommend WestStar due to their high level of customer service!

I have had really good experiences every time I have dealt with them. Jasmine and Suzy in the office were both very responsive and helpful. I've had mortgages with the big banks, eg BofA and Wells Fargo, and they were mostly awful every time I needed to deal with them. Much much better here.

I have been using Weststar servicing for years. We had previously used a couple of others but we would always have issues. Since switching over we have had zero issues and anytime we have a question it is answered quickly and efficiently (Darlene is great). I would highly recommend them.

Suzi Adams really went above and beyond to assist and guide me through their processing for setting up a wrap loan. She did it quickly and with kindness and patience. I am really impressed that she went out of her way to help and I would definitely recommend WestStar to anyone who needs to set up account servicing.

Darlene Velazquez is very responsive and so easy to work with. Being an insurance agent, I work with mortgage companies very often and they can be quite frustrating. At least with Darlene I know she will be prompt with great follow through

This company does "Loan Servicing" for a property that I sold and carry a note for . Today I called to ask for a current "statement of account" and spoke with Christine Archbold . She immediately responded with an emailed account statement ...prompt efficient service with a smile ..... just doesn't get any better ! ( They also service one of my other notes as well - great company with great customer service )

I have had several accounts serviced by WestStar since 2013 and have never encountered any serious problems as stated in the negative reviews. I did not realize a new management was in place until I called the office one day and found out everyone I used to work with were no longer there. It was such a surprise to me, to say the least. With 100% personnel turnover, it was understandable that there were some bumps here and there until the dust settled a little. Thank goodness, the new management had Lisa Lariviere, VP and Manager, at the helm. Lisa is the BEST!!! Not only she is a great problem solver, but also she makes herself reachable to all of her clients and always helps in anyway she can. Since taking over the group, Lisa has simplified the process, improved the documents and built an amazing team with excellent staff who provide superb customer service. I love to work with Lisa and never hesitate to reach out to her, I also have enjoyed working with all her team members, they are all very pleasant and professional. From time to time, other loan servicing companies would contact me and solicit business from my company, but Weststar has earned my trust and therefore my business. I want to take opportunity to THANK YOU ALL!!! If any of you out there needs a loan servicing company, this is it!
