The best customer service of any bank in the area. Have used this branch for my business and for personal use with no issues ever. They have gone above and beyond at all times and always offer great insight in new products, features or services that Westfield Bank may offer. Having been with United Bank for 15 years and switching to Westfield in the last 3 I have never suggested a bank to friends before, but now I probably do it too often.
