Westfield Bank Center St, Ludlow

I just opened an account here and it took some time as there was an error in transferring money from one account to another. Not their fault, but the employees who helped me we're great and friendly. We finally got it settled after they had to keep getting on the phone back and forth. I def recommend them!

Very nice bank. Staff is friendly. My business has several commercial loans with them and we have been very happy!

I had just moved into town and met Gloria at the Ludlow Branch. I told her I needed to find a new bank. She welcomed me with open arms. Explained all the services the bank offered, and very quickly I had opened my new accounts along with a safety deposit box . Gloria was also very informative as to guiding me around town, places to go, where services were located and offered to help me in anyway that she could. The Ludlow branch is warm and friendly each time i visit there. Westfield Bank has a gem in Gloria. 4 GOLD STARS.

Hate going to this bank, especially if Maria is working. She treats every transaction I do as if it's some kind of fraud. I've never been treated like this by any other bank, or even any other employee of this bank. This goes back years and has always been an issue, with this specific teller. Even when it was Chicopee Savings. I avoid this bank at all costs because of the way this woman treats me. I'm not sure why she does this to me either, I've never done anything to make her or any one suspicious of my banking activities. When I do deposits for my parents every teller, except Maria, will give me a balance slip. She is the only one who will refuse to allow me to see my parents bank balance, after doing my parents banking for them! God forbidden I have to cash a check with her there! Some how when she cashes a check for me, the signature needs to be verified (only she does this, no one else) so check cashing takes a minimum of 10 minutes with her. I'd like to add I've never cashed a bad check, or a forged check, or anything of that nature to make the woman think she needs to do this on every check it cash. If you like to be singled out, discriminated against, embarrassed, humiliated, treated as a criminal and needlessly hassled make sure you swing by the Ludlow branch of Westfield Bank!
