Completely disappointed in Canvas Credit Union. Since they took over Western Rockies everything has gone down hill. The employees at the local branch are great, but the company setup is terrible. I'm tired of not being able to talk to someone local. Everytime you call you get a call center somewhere. The last 2 months have been nothing but 1 problem after another. My debit card doesn't always work. I got locked out of my debit card from 1 wrong PIN entry and then it took multiple attempts to get it changed. I'm still trying to change my online bill payment and I have utility companies tell me the account information I give them is invalid. I've confirmed my info with Canvas and they keep saying it's the other company's system not theirs. My family has been with the same credit union since before I was born. My first account was opened when I was 5....that was 1990 when it was still called Teachers Federal Credit Union. About time to find a new credit union, unfortunately.

When the western rockies fcu debit cards were turned off it was on a weekend. Why do that to your new customers you are forcing to join??? And make sure the new canvas debit will work for the new customer on the weekend you are turning off their old debit.... I woke up at three am and purchased an amazon order for under ten dollars and they locked my debit again! Find a rich person to protect, I do not jeed your help. I asked the bank teller to open my debit back up. She said ok. Then at a resturaunt I am getting declined still ... Stop messing with my money. I resorted to calling the call center and got the debit turned back on with zero gurantee this will not happen again. If I do suspicious late night ten dollar amazon my card will shut off. I hate you canvas.

This credit union has always been a marked Improvemnt over large commercial banks I have used in the past. They are friendly, professional, and process all of your banking needs quickly and efficiently - I highly recommend this intuition

This credit union is the worst credit union and should be embarrassed.

Not a fan at all since the switch! First this new credit union refused to give me my cards or any reason for not receiving them and the pins so I didn't have any access to MY MONEY for 6 weeks! Now they are having the audacity to remove these dollar amounts from my checking to my savings (which has PLENTY MONEY IN IT) And these small amounts they're transferring from and to accounts on a daily are not reflecting the actual balance they are transferring!!! Stop screwing with MY MONEY! I had everything set up the way I wanted and now NONE of this is making sense! Why are you messing with MY money Canvas without MY consent?!?!?! And why on a daily basis! I've been screen shooting EVERYTHING just an FYI!

Tried to take advantage of the skipped payment offer for car loans. I met all of the requirements listed on the advertised email. I was told that I had to make 6 payments first in order to be eligible. Nowhere on the offer does it say that. This bank really needs to work on transparency with it’s Customers. Time to find another bank.

Since the change to CANVAS the service has tanked. Waiting in the drive through for 25 minutes when there are only 2 vehicles in front of you is ridicules. When you can't reach a human or when you do, the first thing they say is, "sorry for the wait" it's not acceptable. I have several accounts at other credit unions. I'll be switching my primary account to one of those.
