Nick is a great listener and will never make you feel dumb no matter how silly the question. As first time home buyers and first time rental property owners, we had LOTS of silly questions. He was always prepared to go the extra mile to see that we found the best options for us. He definitely went above and beyond through the entire process. We would absolutely look to him again for any mortgage needs and questions and have already recommended him to friends/family.

We are selling our house and the buyers chose Western Ohio mortgage Corp. Well they've had two months to be ready to close and yet the date comes that we are supposed to close and they ask for a two week extension. Not to mention the communication to the buyer and myself on the appraisal results and if we can close on time and didn't find out until the day we were supposed to close. So now I'm still waiting on them to hurry this stuff up to allow us to sell the house.

Mike Moore was amazing to interact with. If we had a question he was quick to answer our questions and if he didn't know the answer he would find out for us. He went above any beyond to help us in any way he could.

As first home buyers, we didn’t know everything buying a house entailed. Adam and his team were very helpful and responsive to getting us through the process as stress free as possible.

Overall, I would not recommend working with Wade Kudinger. I voiced concerns about our loan amount several times during the process. We stated in several emails to Wade we would put XXX as a down-payment and would need to have closing costs calculated to determine the additional cash to bring to close. He said he never saw the emails, even though he was replying directly to the message that had the numbers broken out. We had to work with Wade up until the end of business that day before closing to get the loan amount correct. It was a headache and unnecessarily stressful, especially give that this was our first home buying experience. In addition, Wade contacted us out of the blue to say that he thought we should increase our target mortgage nearly $100,000. If it had not been for a friend that works there, I would have not continued using Wade for that alone. Wade did not seem to care about what would be financially responsible for us, but rather about what would be the largest possible loan that he could sell. When I informed him that the loan amount was incorrect, he tried to get us to leave the loan amount as is and simply make a large payment to principal after close. When I asked if that would alter our monthly payments, he said no. I had been very clear that we wanted the lowest possible monthly payment amount for our loan. I would not recommend him to friends or family.

These guys crossed every t an dotted every i in the process for me. Even through covid global shutdown they kept working with me getting my credit scores fixed an really made sure I understood every step along the way

Hard working team with a wealth of knowledge. If you are an involved buyer that is persistent your experience will be great. My personal experience went really well with minimal bumps in the road. My only complaint is that it felt, at times, that underwriting would hold back the process until I called to find out why things weren't moving forward. Adam Rose was amazing at communicating and getting things back on track. If you are a serious buyer with the financial means to recieve approval of funds, this team will get you to closing and meet all of your expectations.

Adam got me a good rate on a couple of mortgages I did with Western Ohio. I was happy with the first one, so went back for a second. They are good people to deal with and can get good rates because the deal with several lenders, not just one. They shop around for you to get the best rates. I highly recommend them!!

In this market house buying is a NIGHTMARE. I have had my numbers ran by multiple lenders prior to working Justin through Western Ohio Mortgage and let me tell you I am ecstatic I found This place!! The rates are unbeatable and Justin was able to get me approved for a loan that took MONTHS for another to even consider trying to make work for us. Justin has been AMAZING he is patient, flexible, kind, and caring. I am so happy I found this place. My home buying experience got so much easier when I switched. Justin took our loan personal and ensured we got what we needed, when we needed it! No matter the day or hour Justin worked to make sure I knew what to expect (for monthly mortgage) when placing an offer on a house within my price range. Thank you Justin!
