A few months ago I was low on funds and in search of some quick cash when a friend of mine vouched for Western. After going there and meeting the employees and the owner Joe, I was sold on the place. Excellent costumer service. They make you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. I went in for a loan on my bracelet, needed $100 but they were kind enough to offer me more if i needed it. I will definitely go back either to get a loan or purchase they have some cool stuff.

Great guys! Called in, asked for what I wanted & they gave me a price over the phone! The younger guy tested my item for me so I knew I wasn't buying a dud. They found and called a cab for me & even after the shop closed...WAITED OUTSIDE IN THE BLISTERING SUN WITH ME!! Service like that is hard to find!!
