I have been waiting for 3 weeks trying to get overdraft protection for my checking account. All I receive is nonsensical excuses as to why this is taking so long. I have been a good customer for the whole time my checking account has been open, about 10 months. The one time I needed to use the overdraft protection i would be gladly able to pay the $30 overdraft charge that I would be happy to pay. All I get is unreturned messages and excuses about a 3rd party IT problem which they insist they have put a "rush order" . My medication and life depends on on this

Three years of shared branching, and one year as a member. I have always been happy with the customer service here. The girls in the lobby know my name (even before we were members!). We set up savings accounts for our kids during covid restrictions and they rocked it.

Very poor customer service, you send emails to loan officer and call leaving numerous messages and never getting a call back. They say it is a member owned bank but treat the members with no respect by not responding back to their members. I have been in with banking questions and he will say he would look into something and call back with answers and never get a call back! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Would not recommend banking with them! If you go in for a loan at any other bank will get an answer within 24-72 hours.

This bank is awful they told me there nothing they could do to get my money out while I was out of state. My card was not working because it had been hacked and they shut off my card usage. I asked them to change my PIN number because for some reason it was not what i made it and they told me that is something they can't do and I would have to get something sent in the mail. They owe me 98$ of my own money because my account was hacked, I called to ask when I can get it because I am moving and they said that it will "take a while". Still months later and living in another state they have not been refunded me for my hacked account. I also was moving the week of the eclipse and that Monday was the only day I had a chance to go the bank and they closed just for an eclipse. So now I have to drive 2 and a half hours back to Scottsbluff just to cancel my account and get MY money that is just sitting there. Do not bank here they are so many more bank options please be smart and don't choose this one.

For the 3.5 years I banked there they were always making mistakes that cost ME time and money. I was finally sick of it and went in and closed my accounts about a month ago. Somehow even though I cancelled my ACH and closed my accounts they managed to withdraw money from my other institution! I was pretty unhappy before when I closed my accounts, now that they've stolen my money I am VERY unhappy. Wondering where my money went to if my accounts are closed. 🤔

The toll free # on the back of the card doesn't work even after I went to the bank to let them know. The teller thanked me for making them aware of the problem, and assured me it'd be resolved. My son got his income tax refund credited to his account through another bank, but I have to walk to an ATM to see mine because I opted for a paper statement over an on line account? Btw, that isn't working either. I joined this bank for convenience yet it is quite inconvenient. Fix your customer service issues or you won't have a bank to run. 👎

My husband is a corrections officer and wore his issued gun into the bank. He was harassed about it even though no where was it posted that he couldn't have it. Then a week later an employee called his place of employment to see if my husband was even allowed to have it at all. This was over the summer. Fast forward to today, I found out that the check we deposited on New year's Eve into the ATM has a hold on it for being a certain amount. No where was that posted on the ATM and at no time of the transaction were we notified that would be the case. We are going to close our account and move to another bank. I used to love banking at WHCU because I felt like my money was always safe. But now, it's like one bad experience after another.

Customer service is horrible and loan officers tell you everything looks good and run your credit and mine is in the 700's and everything is good. But then tell you a complete different story,that they need x amount of money. Why don't they tell you this before running credit. They are in the negitive that's why.!! At least they moved all the repossessed cars from there lot. Moved them to the country lot with all the rest!! Wyoming has a nice credit union that is honest and great to work with!

Fees, fees, fees, and more fees. We got a car loan through them thinking we'd get a better rate and then put our checking and savings with them as well. Big mistake. They get you to sign a waiver so they can skirt Federal regulations and then change policies at seemingly random times adding fees to everything from check cashing to doubling up ATM fees. Stay away from here.

If I could I would give this bank no stars. Their liars & make up accounts that you have never open. Plus they take money from your account at the time that every one is having a had time as it is due to the virus. Dont bank here. The CEO Cindy Baker & Anna have no heart at all. I hope they can live with what they have done to people. My God Bless this both.
