I would advise everyone not to deal with this office. My account was transferred to this office after our office here in Jay closed. Ever since then I have had nothing but issues. My payments have been credited to different peoples accounts. Call to pay all accounts and was told all was paid just to get a call the next day demanding more money. Rachel has hung up on my wife when she asked to the total balance of the accounts so we could pay them off and never hear from or deal with these rude incompetent people. I was not give the option as to where my accounts were moved to and when I asked if i could get it moved to Miami due to I go that way often and i never go to Colcord hardly I was informed that was not an option by Rachel for her office was prime location for growth since these loans are illegal in Arkansas. I honestly hope the district manager for whom I have dealt with at Jay calls me because the service and care provided by the Colcord office is the worst I have experienced. I did not need the money I took this loan out to build my credit only to find out that it does not help you as much as it should, for they only report to one credit bureau. When I asked how to get it reported on all bureaus I was told they don't do that and they won't do that end of story.

They're really an okay company but they also seem to be opinionated and I heard them talk smack about other customers. The moment you default on accident due.to health, one lady becomes hostile to you. Luckily I had means to fully pay them off.

The lady that called me about my online app was rude. I misunderstood her and I wasent looking at my check stub cuz I was working, when I got a chance to look at it she became very rude.. If she's gonna be rude to people like that she doesent need to be in a customer service job..

Extremely rude on the phone whoever the girl is that works there. The company should probably train their employees on customer service Bc that is just ridiculous.

They are really nice and try to always help as much as they can communicate is the big word here but they are awesome 😊

A woman named Jeanette Falk works there. I just want to say that she is such an amazing person. I didn't know her at all other then just calling in and making my payments. Then covid hit our town. I lost my job,my home, everything. This sweet lady fought for me during this process to keep the wolves off my back. She called me nearly every day with job updates and finally I got a job. I thank God for this lady. I don't know where I would be without her honestly. She deserves so much in life.

Have worked with them for the last couple years it's great for my credit. The ladies that work there has been so nice I recommend them to anyone.

I've been working on my credit for 4 years since the 1st time I applied, and still can't get a small loan from them. I believe they only pick who they wanna give a loan too and their a RIP ofg.
