So my loan was recently sold to this loan company cuz the one I was with is no longer doing business in Albuquerque cuz of interest caps in NM but I paid my loan payment over the phone and had to keep repeating myself and then I asked for a receipt to be sent in the US Mail and I was told they don't do that and I could come in to office that's clear across town from where I live and get my receipt printed in the office so I'm guessing I'm going to pay off the this Loan and be done with this mess of a Loan

I've never received so many calls from any business, especially when I was not even due yet. 3 calls back to back to back in one day! They even called a reference. So extremely rude on the phone! I will never do business with them. If I had know how harassing they would be, I wouldn't have done my loan there.

I’m just a young adult who had no credit and wanted to do something about it. My cousin referred me here and my overall experience is phenomenal. I walked in and all of the employees greeted me and you could tell all they wanted to do was help me out. They offered me a loan of a couple hundred bucks within 20minutes!

I needed a loan and WF was able to loan me 2000 on my Credit History and Signature. It was soooooo appreciated and the payback is easily made. Bank I've been with for 14 years required collateral and their interest rate was on par with WF. I'm happy to be a customer.

Great place for a loan. The ladies there dress very unprofessional. Are unprofessional too. They don't know how to communicate with one another. Glad I paid my loan off. Rid of the headache.

Horrible service and professionalism. Harassing phone calls before my bill is even due. Calling my job when I'm one day past after specifically telling me they would not use the information to contact anyone, was only supposed to be for approval. Would not recommend to anyone. Approved my loan and then asked me for references and other forms which were not required for the loan. I've asked several times to stop harassing me and my family and job. I will be reporting to better business bureau and obtaining legal counsel. Cannot make payment by phone or online, even though I've been able to before. Absolute worst loan experience I've ever had and I hope they get shut down. I do not believe a single one of these 5 star ratings, must be relatives or fake profiles. Workers are wholly unprofessional, have told me several times they would not call and would notate my account. No reason to harass someone who is a few days past due, most creditors won't even bother until you're at least 30 days past. In the middle of a pandemic when people are hurting, they are implementing predatory loan practices and harassing their customers. Horrible company.

There very friendly they're giving me a new chance at getting my credit back up an start over........ Update so im out almost 250 for a product I needed repaired which wasn't covered by warranty because I was never informed by a past employee who worked there an all they did was call head office an try an sell me a speaker for more money what a shame you all messed up an screwed me over with the lack of training an work ethic. So disappointing

This loan company is probably the best one ive been in so far there are very friendly and answered all the questions I had , I would 100% recommend this place! Plus they have merchandise that you can have montly payments on and thats the best. Everyone is very professional.
