Angelica is refusing my husband a loan because I have hurt her feelings in some way. The only thing I have ever done is write a bad review. This is bad for business. One I have never spoke to this woman in a bad way. Two I am not the customer. My husband is. But one of the things she voiced to me was that I try and control the loan. Well yes I do because I handle all household finances with my husband's full permission. I most certainly believe Angelica got her feelings hurt and because of this is now being biased against my husband through me, for whatever reason I do not know. I am needing to speak to her immediate supervisor but she will not give me a phone number to do so. I have NEVER done business with anyone more unprofessional than this woman. Or biased for that matter. To make matters worse when we decided to stop doing business it was because she made us take out the highest amount possible when we did not need that much. Now we've decided to return for business and we've been met with a lot of hostility. This has to be the worst place to take your business under the current management. I will be taking this up the chain to the BBB of Western Finance. If you are not liked then you cannot do business with them. I will be speaking to HR. This is discrimination at it's finest.

I walked in & was immediately greeted by everyone & what makes it better is that they still greeted me while with other customers. Exceptional customer service, up beat & friendly my kind of people. You can't find this type of customer service every where. I am extremely happy. The lady who helped me was Mrs. Megan & she was amazing awesomeness woman....
