Westchester Check Cashing Services Saw Mill River Rd, Yonkers

Monday afternoon, I walk up to the counter and the Spanish woman on her phone totally disregards me and continues her personal conversation. The bald gentleman however came and helped me and was super friendly. Not sure if this is how u run a business but the manager clearly needs to hire new employees. First and last time I ever come to this location.

They don't even deserve a star! Western union system is constantly down, they don't cash money orders from other places unless it was purchased in their store and you cannot unload your debit card or EBT funds. Do not waste your time unless you just cashing a printed check or trying to pawn your jewelry.... I wouldn't even pay my bills here!!!

Absolutely worst place I've ever been to. The owner is as rude as can be and hung up the phone twice on me. The women who work there are very polite and good, but the men who work there are very rude.

They offer many different services here it’s very convenient. Staff are always very courteous and helpful.

Kida had the worst customer service ever. Her lack of professionalism and knowledge on her job is laughable. Suzy the manager should take a class from me on how to manage your employees. After calling Phil "the owner" it is clear why his staff his trash.

Never in my life have a dealt with rude selfish ignorant people then when I entered this rat hole establishment. I officially know the meaning of ghetto trash the owner is a maricon that's too "busy" to get off his lazy fat ass to answer a question. The obese blonde should not be allowed to work with public she has no experience in the department but I'm guessing a street walker got tired of her pimp beating her so now her new pimp is the owner. Beware shop elsewhere

it's here and it's serviceable, but if you actually need a check cashed it's safe to say you have bigger concerns than my review.
