West Gate Bank Cornhusker Hwy, Lincoln

This bank is terrible. The staff is always rude especially the short manager lady. I work 2 jobs and take hefty deposits in for my boss and it always slow and them mad about money being faced. My job is to take money to the bank and theirs is to take it. The west o branch are always nice and friendly and get me in and out without giving me any grief.

I'm very pleased to know Rod Hubbard and the staff at West Gate Bank. I chose to open my business account here, after having my own personal account and my daughter's personal account here for three years. Completely free checking is just that - no charges, period, even for checks. Any questions we have had have been answered quickly and accurately. I highly recommend West Gate Bank, and particularly the 27th & Cornhusker location.

Rod and team at West Gate Bank are extremely helpful. My favorite part of business banking here is when I deposit checks, the receipt shows a copy of the checks for easy bookkeeping.

I banked at Westgate Bank for many yrs . this morning I had some questions about my account the woman on the phone was rude horrible to deal with 27 cornhusker location .I said I wanted to talk to someone in charge she said you're talking to someone in charge I'm assistant manager .I told her I didn't like the way I was being treated I may move my savings account somewhere else she said that would be a good idea at lunchtime I did so I moved over 70.000.00 to another bank I use horrible place to bank cornhusker west gate bank I move it to cornhusker Bank they were happy to bank my savings for me the assistant manager at cornhusker and 27th is horrible I can not believe anyone ouldut her in charge of anything William Rohe

I have nothing but good things to say about the 27th and Cornhusker branch of West Gate Bank. The management is topnotch, the employees are friendly and the bank is run in an extremely professional manner. I would strongly suggest anyone looking for a bank or wanting to open a new account to visit this branch. It truly has a personal touch.

I never see my life is this much bad bank and un-trust. Cornhusker side west gate bank’s workers are not polite and management too. They don’t help any bank issues problem, they are very rude and un-polite. In my whole life men hasn’t close their phone in my face . This banks vice present closed the phone on my face. When you open an account first they smile but than they don’t help and than they are rude . If you want to open an account at this bank I suggest that you don’t go.

Not recommending for anyone. I have called them couple times to close my account and they never did, they charged me with inaccurate fees. Now they want me to pay that money which I have No idea where did that fee came from. I haven't used my account for over a year, I thought it was closed, but they were charging me instead of closing it. The worst bank ever!
