Sadly Wescom Costa Mesa Customer service is getting worse and worse. They are never able to help. They give you the option to have Alerts for fraudulent transaction but when you call to report them, they are not able to stop payments. I recently had to change my card because an open dispute. I have Travelers Insurance with Auto payment. I called to make an update in my card number but they cannot help with that. I cannot make updates by myself because that payment is not in my Bill Pay account. I have to wait until Travelers declined the payment and send a letter saying my automatic payment has been suspended because my card was declined. Then I have to call again asking for help to update my card information. Unbelievable!😲

Very high end new location. The tellers are very helpful and the bank looks very clean. The design looks is neat. I have been a 15 year customer and Wescom has been great to me. I love this bank.

Wescom is a great bank. The tellers are very helpful and knowleagble. they gave me a good rate when I bought my Honda Civic very good service and would recomend it to my friends and family.

This is a nice bank easy going and lots of parking spaces and they have Atm machine and good branch.

From the best to the worst! I have been with Wescom for more than 25 years. Their service in the past has always been great. The last few years, they are just like every other terrible bank. The banking system has changed so often for absolutely no reason. Each time they made a change it becomes more confusing. I have been trying to make additional car payments and the system will not allow it. If I made an additional payment, the system will deduct it from the regular payment. I have been online several time and can't figure it out. I have been trying to call in for more than 2 weeks. As I write this, I have been on hold for more than 25 minutes. I have been on hold for as long as 35 minutes and gave up. This is so frustrating! Time to look for a new bank or credit union. What a huge disappointment Wescom! I actually don't think they care about losing customers.

This review is strictly for the people working here and not the institution itself. The institution is great and I've been banking here for over 10 years. I usually visit the Irvine branch but have moved... The woman who helped me last was not LGBT friendly and repeatedly used incorrect pronouns and name despite starting the conversation with, "Hello, my name is Raven...". Another instance a different worker became very short with words after I mentioned other banks using preferred names for trans* people on their cards... I really love this institution but I would hate to walk into an atmosphere of workers anticipating to clock out or becoming shooketh after mentioning something relating to LGBT people. Kind of hope this improves or I'd rather make the drive to the Irvine location. :/

I'm starting to question how things are being run. I'll need to have a federal review of how they follow-up with documentation. Not all departments are communicating with each other, and are questionable when a certain task is suppose to have been done. Example; lost documents. and individual not reading history of phone calls and payment arrangements being ignored after having it been documented by main branch.

Friendly and professional staff. This is one of Wescom's better branches. No long lines ever. Ample parking.

Do not bank here. Really bad customer service, horrible policies, money hungry and rude
