We just bought our house less than a moth ago; I had two mortgage prequalification, one with my bank and the second with another big mortgage lender, I decided to get a third prequalification and contacted the office of Wendy, when I finished talking with her I knew that I had found my mortgage company, not only the numbers were better but the way every step was explained to me I felt like a good friend was helping us find our home. Amazing!!! At times you hear the horror stories of all the hoops and red tape people go through. Our experience was the complete opposite! Despite of a few obstacles Wendy took the weight off of our shoulders and made this the most seamless process we have ever had to deal with. Communication was on target and we were never left in limbo wondering where we were in our process.
