Wells Fargo Bank Paul Bunyan Dr, Bemidji

I have had zero negative experiences at this Bank. If I need anything, they answer my questions. When I enter the business, their staff is friendly and absolutely there to take care of all of my needs! I came to Wells Fargo when the locally owned and operated bank that I had been banking at since I was just a child wouldn't help me out when I neeed them to. Wells Fargo has been my bank ever since because they were there when I needed help most.

Ive had an account with them since 2001 when I was only 4 years old. I tried to start building credit after I graduated in 2015 by getting a small car loan of about $1,500. They basically laughed me out of the building just before saying “Try applying for one of our credit cards and then work your way up”. So I did exactly that. Went back in about a month later to try to get a credit card for gas for about $200 credit limit. Laughed me out of the building again. Really shows the amount of integrity a company has after being a loyal customer for 14 years and then essentially being told, “Yeah that means nothing to us, go somewhere else and build credit and come back when you have enough money.”

I don't necessarily dislike this particular branch cuz they have usually done me well, but Wells Fargo as a whole has a lot wrong with it. All the illegal activities they have done, being in the pocket of Big Oil, and I have now been hacked 3 times. I need to change banks one of these days.

Unable to go in to talk to anyone, understandable in a pandemic. Unable to reach anyone by phone either. It's like they don't want us to do business with them, and I'm inclined to let them have their way.

Excellent customer service. Employees are very respectful and always help me in a timely manner. Anybody who says otherwise is probably an uppity middle-aged moron who is trying to carry out transactions without proper documentation or any shred of common sense.

I've been on hold for 10 minutes, someone picked up the call, placed me back on hold for another 10-12 minutes. No way to save your place in line to have a call back or email. No other # to call. This is not the first time I've had this happen to me. Not good PR if considering WF.

Zero customer awareness. Double booking appointments. No on around to help. Two tellers doing a one teller job while the line of customers goes out the door. Not to mention you can’t get ahold of anyone on the phone. Looking for a new bank.

Poor customer service assistance for small inquiries, always referred out to the online number instead of getting anything resolved within the branch. Disappointed overall with Wells Fargo after being a customer for numberous years, will be transferring banks here soon.

Just talked to Bemidji Wells Fargo, about CASH Deposit into someone else's account. They have invoked a new policy stating they no longer accept cash unless You have an account at that bank. Therefore you cannot make a payment like (child support, jewellery buying, rent payment, etc... just about anything). This person at the bank had no real explanation for this. So anyone that has an account at Wells Fargo and has rental property and your renters do not have a checking account at your bank and need to pay you via in CASH which they can no longer make the deposit into your account. I would never recommend Wells Fargo bank for anything at all. Good luck in getting paid by anyone with cash. I guess cash is no longer legal tender.

I called on a Saturday morning and LeeAnn answered and went WAY out of her way to help solve my predicament!! So impressed with her!!! If we lived closer I would love to keep dealing with her!
