I walked in and the woman who greeted me immediately gave off a happy and fun energy hello. This small thing made me feel happy to be in the building. I then heard her talking about how the lights may be a little dim in the building. This showed that she really cares about the atmosphere for customers. Small things like this are important and add so much value! Great staff great experience
