Just stood there in a line of 10 people waiting for someone to help us. Wanted to open an account, the only person that did that was out to lunch, it was 11:00, and wouldn't have time that day to help me when they got back. 1 person at the window for the the 1st 15 minutes I stood there, and finally a second person wandered out to start helping. I was planning on depositing a very large sum of money.

Always courteous and helpful. I have been banking at this location since I was a child and depositing my change into my savings account! Back then, it was The First National Bank of Rockport. Though ownership has changed over time, the courtesy of the staff has not.

Customer service is absolutely 5 stars at the Rockport location. The only reason they get 4 is the fact they wouldn't take cash when I was making a deposit for a friend. It was a bit inconvenient to have to leave and purchase a money order.

I went in to cash a check from a client that banks here and the teller was rude and unaccommodating...she knows nothing about customer service and refused to answer my questions in a professional manner but opted instead to be sarcastic and impatient with me. When I had finally had enough of her attitude I said aloud "this is why I don't bank here" to her reply "it's good you don't" I got her business card and will be calling her superior

They let your card go into the negative even after u tell them to stop 😂. Lost all my cash cause of them

ATM is out of orderand they close super early on saturday and arent open on sunday, bare minimum is to have a working ATM

Always very helpful and FAST. Time matters and the staff at Rockport branch are great. The highlight of this particular location is definitely Suzanne! She is the business banker and is absolutely incredible. Her knowledge has been a part of our success without question.

I deposited a $48.00 dollar check on Friday the 13th of January. At the time a $10.81 purchase came out so I was $-10.81. That $48.00 check was supposed to clear today but it hasn't and instead they charged me a $35.00 fee. Wells Fargo Bank is a joke. I'm closing my account and switching to Navy Army. All wells fargo does to make money is charge over draft fees like crazy. They don't handle problems well at all. Well they just lost an account because I've put up with it for 2 and a half years but no more!

We have been in this bank twice . Th ere is always a line to see someone. And only one banker to help you. First time it took and hour. Second time we left after an hour. I rate them a one star for customer service

This is the laziest most unhelpful branch I have ever used.. nothing but problems and disappointments.. Morgan the teller and the day manager are incompetent.. this Branches company culture is negative and problematic.. I went to the Ingelside branch nothing but nice things to say.. wonderful helpful folks... never going back to there Rockport.. A life long wells customer!!
