Wells Fargo Bank Elm St, Rocky Hill

From my personal experience the service at this bank has been the worst I’ve ever came across the staff are not professional the communication was horrible and I was informed wrong information. Staff needs training I will not recommend this bank to anyone.

I received excellent service in the West Boca branch! My mom lives in Rocky Hill, CT and has tried to enter your branch for the last month, but it’s been closed. What happened?

Terrible employees, all have attitude, manager sucks just like them some little guy with glasses and a purple shirt. Worst branch in stamford. They barely want to help you at all

A company that took jobs and stole from regular people.. watch the show Dirty Money on Netflix and you will shut down your account real fast! I did in a heart beat.

Although I was not one of her regular customers, I am 40 miles away from that branch, she took the time and made the effort to solve my problem of getting back my money from an international transaction that I could not complete . it's convenient! opened accounts for it's location. this bank has a high turnover with their tellers. been banking here for over 6 years & and there are only 2 original employees. we have a business account w/ merchants services attached to this WF account. after a long hard winter i found the bank had closed our ability to accept credit cards due to slow activity. hello! it's a outdoor home improvement company that slowed down due to excessive snow fall it ct...don't they realize that this is a home improvement business account? but have no problem withdrawing the 2015 re-newel fee in dec 2014. then canceling in jan 2015. not a good way to treat small business in rockyhill. recently we were told they cannot cash my customers checks against my bank account. all check regardless whom they are made out to, me personally or directly to my business, must be deposited! i was informed by their "new" customer service girl that WF was cashing them out of courtesy...but should not have been. so know i have an account that is only good as a depositable account. because someone on their end was "bending" the rules i should suffer. talk about changing the rules in the middle of the game.. everyone should be trained the same way or maybe they need to let these rule benders go!!!

This is my go-to place for when I feel like being treated as another number and object that a business has taken for granted. You might notice similar feelings when the sassy tellers make you feel dumb more than you feel welcomed and valued.

Jaclyn helped me with a business account, began cashing checks in literally 10 mins. Very professional. Easy on the eyes too! :-)

I came to make a deposit today. It's closed because of a storm that's not even here yet. with no warning. We live in New England. Completely disappointed with this bank. 💩
