Wells Fargo Bank Commercial Way, Spring Hill

I don’t have an account with wellsfargo, but my grandmother sent me a gift for my wedding (check) in the beginning of September and I met the most lovely women named Bernadette (spelling could be incorrect). She was full of energy and extremely sweet. We need more people like her around here. Spent a good time talking with her. I’ll be back, even if it’s just to say hi to her.

I have to wire money internationally and they couldn't figure it out. They're not professional people. I had horrible experience, worst customer service. 👎👎👎👎

I have run into multiple problems involving my account with Wells Fargo. From transactions that shouldn't be going through and just small payment problems, but every time I run into a problem I get April Forgét. Honestly, she has been absolutely helpful, and kind in every visit. She also does everything she can to help fix the problems I'm hit with. If it weren't for her I'd have been in trouble many a times and am very thankful to her!

I do all of my banking at this location. I actually have to pass by another Wells Fargo bank institution to get to this 1. I bank on average 2 times A-day This bank has the absolute most friendly staff and teller's.

please have a better attitud on your drive thru all customers should be treated with respect not everyone that goes deposit $18k cash its doing something illegal. some of us work and have a legit business.

Have been with Wells Fargo for several years now and not once have I ever had a bad experience with either bank on Commercial Way. Both management as well as the tellers have always been courteous and accommodating...Will stick with them..

My wife attempted to deposit some money today and to my mother-in-law's account. Her mother is in California so to send her money we've always deposited cash into her Wells Fargo account here. The bank informed us they don't accept cash for depositing money into someone else's account. What the hell kind of Bank does not accept cash. Every time we've ever had to deal with this bank it's nothing but a hassle I am so glad I don't Bank there. The manager and tellers are absolutely rude as hell. If you bank here do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Our teller Laure was so unprofessional, we came into to get a money order and a temporary card because our account was hacked and my debit card was cancelled. She tried to just tell us to sit and wait for someone to help us, I told her my husbands debit card works and I would like a money and who to make it out too, she said she wouldn’t type out the name we can just write it in, and gave it to us and told us to have a seat. Every month our money order is typed out for us and we’re given a envelope, she even stapled our receipt on our money order. Very unhappy with this branch. I will not be returning. It’s worth the drive to the other side of town.

If I could give zero stars- I would. I come here to cash my check (because I only get paid on saturdays and my bank is closed) and every time I come there is some kind of issue with my identification. Now they require 2 forms of ID to cash your check and if you’re over the age of 18 - a birth certificate is not a form of id! What in the actual hell?! If it matches what my check and DL say, then how is that not valid? I was 18 ten years ago. What is the difference. Who carries there social on them? I know I don’t. Then I ask for the manager, Maria Aguero-Wagner, and she comes over with the worst attitude in the universe and says- “ we’ll why don’t you just open an account” so my response to her is “ if this is what happens every time I come here, why would I open an account?!” Then she preceded to push all of my documents and check back to me and told me that now she’s REALLY NOT HELPING ME. I told her, ma’am, you were never helping. And then she told me to get out in front of all of the other patrons and employees and yelled “HAPPY NEW YEAR” as I walked out the door. I will NEVER give this place my business. Smh
