    I was at your branch located on 171 Jennifer Rd, Annapolis, MD, 21401 today at 4:50pm. I was at the drive thru. There was a customer in front of me. I was second in line. For some reason the person in front me took a long time to complete the transaction. I was attended after 5:10pm. I was depositing over $10,000 in a business account. I do this every other day because of the nature of my company. It's a money transfer company. Today they told me they couldn’t do my transaction over the drive thru. I would have to come inside but since it is already after 5pm, I can’t even come inside. I would have to come the next day to conduct my business. I have used this branch and some other branches during covid and after covid. No one asked me to come inside. Why new process now? Why not consistent? By personal? By branch? For argument’s sake let say I have to come inside. Why wasn’t I allowed in? Because in busy times I had seen people get in before 5pm but get out around 5:30pm. The people in this branch don’t care about customer’s time. They are very slow in the process. They are not consistent among theirselves

    This branch has recently changed their manager and the current manager, Randall Robinson, is professional, friendly, personable and quite willing to go out of his way to help. They have gone through a lot of changes (I go in there weekly and have for several years) and I highly recommend this branch. Their customer service is well worth 5 stars.

    This is probably one of the very busy branches i have ever been to when i had gone get to get a loan. There are so many staff at all time the employees are very nice and give great information i will continue to do my banking here.

    They are very unprofessional. We have scheduled 3 different appointments with them to open an account and each time they have called an hour before the appointment to cancel it.

    The manager Nancy Davis insists again and again that all business account holders must walk in for all transactions and can not use the drive-thru because it is bank "policy",however after calling the Wells Fargo corporate office it was determined there is no such policy in existence.

    Extremely disappointed in the branch service - would not allow me to make a "cash" deposit into my niece's account because I wasn't on the account. Most obserd thing I had every heard of. Was under the assumption that cash gets the money in the bank faster and I find it hard to believe that they don't have the technology to tell if the money was conterfeit. They were very quick to respond by telling me to write a check or have her use the ATM to make the deposit. Now I know why I don't bank with them.

    The ATM was broken 9/8/14. Inside, a black female came over in front of the tellers to assist. I was headed for an available teller, right in front of me. She called me over to her, wildly gesturing, then sent me to the same teller she had just called me away from. I didn't come into the bank to get pushed around. She needs to calm down and quiet down.

    The manager of the Annapolis branch "Nancy" is the reason I will never return. All she cares about is opening credit cards. I was offended by her loud and aggressive behavior. I feel sorry for the other employees that have to work with her. She could care less about helping the customer. Her unprofessionalism is harming Wells Fargo's reputation.

    Worst experience ever teller was rude and didn’t even want to try and do my transaction. All I needed was to do a mortgage payment and I didn’t want to drive all the way home to get an account number.
