I was discriminated against, I went in to pull out my money out of my savings account knowing because I don’t have a debit card with them just a savings I knew I needed two forms of I.D, I handed the teller my ID and social, the teller them told me “do I have a cell phone number” I responded ‘ yes why is that needed’ I gave it to the teller and then she Proceeded to ask me “do I have an email address? “ I was confused on why all these questions and I became extremely uncomfortable and felt I was being treated differently because what I looked like didn’t add up to my account. This was a horrible experience I no longer bank with them.

This isn’t our regular branch, but our regular branch is closed on weekends because of covid so we made an appointment at this location for last weekend. Our appointment was with Maricarmen and she was SO nice and helpful! She spent an hour with us answering every question we had and helping take care of all of our needs. We really appreciated the time and care she put into helping us. After we were done with her we also had to go see a teller really quick who was also very nice and helpful.

Very disappointed in this bank. They seem to have no concern how long their clients wait in line for teller service. Always an excuse. Today I waited in line 30 min. for a simple deposit. This is a training bank but they don't allow anymore tellers to take up the slack. Tellers super chatty hoping to de escalate the fuming clients. Won't work.

We all already know that Wells Fargo is a terrible company from the top down but did you know this specific location is a terrible neighbor as well? Just walked by there today and it's literally the only business in this part of town that does nothing to clean up their parking lot and sidewalk in front of their building. People slipping and sliding over piles of wet leaves for months.

I went in totally expecting the worse because of previous experiences but trying to keep an open mind. After sitting with Courtney and explaining what was going on, she resolved all the issues and have me answers. Thank you for providing great customer service!

I needed a form notarized. I came to this bank on a Friday twice and was told the notary was booked for the day. I came on Saturday at 9:30AM and was told the notary was off today and there was no other notary in the branch. I came back on Wednesday and the notary was off and no other person was available. The tellers tell customers to make an appointment, but when you call, the phone rings and rings, then a recording comes on the line to say that the tellers are busy and to try the call again later. This branch is located in a community where notary service needs to be accessible as it is located near essential services that support underserved communities. Stay away from this branch and consider banking at another institution.

Worst bank in the city, this branch is slow. If you have a personal check be prepared to stay there a half hour waiting on them to call a 3rd party to verify a check. The mexican girl with glasses and is super rude and unhelpful and the black dude likes to take his time and be slow. They will try to keep your documents and hold them insisting that there "all most done clearing them" you have to demand for your property back or they wont give it. Unprofessional and slow here. Hold my check again and see if i dont bring an attorney and sue your branch.

They need more bankers at this location. There are a lot of non native speakers that are patrons so something simple can take a longer amount of time to figure out. They should recognize this and provide more people. They have many banker speaking multiple languages which helps. The service isn't necessarily bad but LONG wait times sure make it feel like it's bad service!

Wells Fargo is on a high-traffic corridor where pedestrians riding light rail and buses and Franklin High School students walk by. It has completely failed to shovel its sidewalks AT ALL in the last two weeks during the snow events - no shoveling, no salting, nothing. Shameful disregard for our community and its safety.

1st The tailor asked me how could I got that much money on my pay check just because I’m not certain tribe 2nd I had a credit card of theirs with a limit of 1500$ then I was swiping until it declined but keeps going up 1600$ I’m not worried about the money but they could have gone all the up
