Wells Fargo Bank Yucaipa Blvd, Yucaipa

I've been a customer for over 30 years. They've always treated me with respect and like I'm a valued customer. The complaint I have is not just Wells Fargo, but ALL banks not enough tellers. I don't have 25 or more minutes to stand in line. Otherwise I love my bank.

Excellent customer service. Bank has too many excessive amounts of account charges, for just about every transaction. Especially when you are not able to use a Branch ATM.

This is truly the best bank in town. I have been a customer for over 15 years. This branch is always friendly, fast and it is very rare that there is a long line.

This is an awesome local branch, staff are always happy friendly and helpful. Sometimes a long line, but I just do my shopping and stop in on the way out

The teller was actually really awesome but I didn’t get his name. But the manager lady was so rude. I was trying to cash a check and couldn’t because of the account I had. So what I ended up doing was asking if I could just pull out money after i deposited the check and she said out loud and so rude “yeah if it clears” ummm what the heck. Rude. Will never go here again. She should probably go to church or something. Or learn how to treat people a little better.

My experience is with the Yucaipa Wells Fargo, in the vons grocery store. They are slow, unorganized, unfrieandly. They change their banking rules constantly. Always blaming it on the new laws. Try to make a deposit in someone else's account and they are paranoid. It s a few 100.00 to help out my mom. REALLY!! This is exactly why you should switch to a credit union. They act human are extreamly helpful and dont treat you with disrespect. The other really nice perk. They dont charge you all these ridiculous fees. They have time for you. I noticed everytime I go to W.F. I never see a familiar face. Makes me wonder what they are up too.... when every month you never see one teller that you recognize!! Hmmmm.

I love you Wells Fargo!!! I recently was the victim of fraud use of my checking acct using a fraudulent debit card. The amount stollen from me was over $1000.00 in 4 days time with only 8 charges. And Wells Fargo reimbursed that money to my acct. Thank God, because thats a lot of money to me. Ive been with this bank for over half my life and im a great grandma.

7-8 people in line , 1 cashier ,,, 2 employes greeting.. 2 more employes in mini office in the back talking , its faster to go to redlands branch
