I went there to open an account. I just got a job so this was my first account and I had no idea what to do. Well I went in and a man named Justin, helped me. Just ingredients was incredibly nice and patient with me to understand. Very great customer service.

Have a hard time getting anyone on the phone, once I went in to the bank everyone was very helpful though!

Well well after 14 years of dedicated customer Wells's Fargo said no on all the products that they offer A dedicated loyal customer at 14 years I would like to do another 14 years but Wells's Fargo said No seams. Wells's Fargo advertising on television this customer is completely dissatisfied and hopefully this post will wake up somebody in the bank let me know if Wells Fargo can help unite kids with fun dad thank you

Had issues with online banking, called c.s., went to my local branch in Gardena Ca. And was never able to get it going. Went here in Red Bluff and they offered to help me out not the other way around. Was assisted by a man named Justin and he seen the error code and knew automatically what it was. Problem solved in about 6 minutes..

Good place to bank, but just watch out for a really tall guy. He's really pushy and kind of a douche. You'll know when you see him.
