Wells Fargo Bank W Maple St, Cumming

Came in to simply add my son to my account. I have been with this bank 10+ years. Literally there are 4 employees sitting around doing nothing. They tell me we need an appointment, since when??? I came in first but someone else got served first. What's wrong with this bank? Issue did get handled politely.

Family was just there to add a family members name to my grandfather's account which is 97yr old. My dad could not be present because he had a major stroke. The family drove from different parts of the state to sign the papers. My mom has power of attorney hired a law firm to do the papers for her at Wells Fargo request.. The branch manager would not accept it. Guess that manager could careless he lost a 6 figure checking account. Good job manager way to be there for veterans that have money in your bank. You should be willing to sacrifice and give your all.

Ok. Wells fargo... this is simple. You ATMs take care of so much for you. However, when they don't meet your needs your banks are staffed horribly on the weekends. Because...? Its the only time most have to take care of business. Hire more tellers for the weekend only. At this location you are ALWAYS understaffed on the weekends. Either you already know this or refuse to accept that your business needs to conform

Apparently I’m an idiot for assuming that a bank that advertises the fact that they exchange currency would actually exchange currency. Every time I walk in the building I’m reminded of what they CANT do.

Waiting 45 minutes in line at the drive through because you don't have staff working is ridiculous.

Visited recently it sucked let me just say when I first walked in the two people to first acknowledge I was there must have only asked if I needed something because they wanted to hear their self talk because they immediately turn back to their work and didn't even acknowledge that I was talking to them and when I say "work" I mean sitting around shooting the breeze If you aren't wearing your fur coat when you walk in don't expect them to even look your direction Oh and don't expect them to answer the phone because they send it straight to voicemail like a teenager dodging mom's call when they're out past curfew Best thing to do is just close all accounts you have with Wells Fargo and then skip happily to any other Bank of your choice really

I was in today to deposit cash into my mothers account. I had a deposit slip from her checking account to make deposit. Well, evidently Wells Fargo does not want money! They said, I would need my mothers license to make deposit. So drove to moms house got her license, came back and the same drive through lady said (with attitude) we need her (mom) to be present to make a cash deposit. She did not say that mom had to be present initially! Such an inconvenience! I understand rules , but this one is ridiculous! And the drive through attendant was rude! Bank of America and BB&T took cash deposits no problem!

This Branch is the best Wells Fargo branch I have ever been to. Particularly Mary Alice!

Yet again, banks show their true colors. Shame on you Wells Fargo - shame on you. Your actions are egregious!
