Wells Fargo Bank Main St, El Centro

The customer service at this branch is the worst I’ve ever received in all the years I’ve been a member of Wells Fargo. Im not from here so I really feel for the people that have to use this branch regularly. Needed to get multiple tasks done with my account when I stopped by this particular branch. Never made it through the front door. The greeter told me I wouldn’t receive any help because all the tasks I needed to complete could be done so online. Anything can be done online now I realize that, the concerns and questions I had could of easily been resolved had they let me just talk to banker. Whoever is running this branch needs to go to Phoenix, Arizona for training. I almost canceled my account over this and I’ve been with them since 2013. Absolutely horrible service

Have been calling since 900 am. It is now 2:30pm. No one answering the phone. Can't get anyone to help my blind brother with a wire transfer for three days now!!!

This is my bank because they always do the right thing. In the past they pushed to hard for new accounts. They stopped. Wells fargo El Centro is the best bank I've found. And I'm old.Thanks guys.

Friendly and helpful staff. Always have an answer to our questions. I’ve never had an issue with this bank. They lines in the drive thru atm are never long.

Very busy bank. However, Martha, the lady who greeted me at the door, saved me waiting in line for a teller by letting me know I could do what I needed at the in-building ATM. Thanks, Martha!

Hello, I just want to say that your clerk, Bianca Garcia, was on the mostly helpful people I ever met. I was trying to get the title to my mother's mobile home. The original bank that financed it, was bought out by Crocker Bank and Crocker Bank was bought out by Wells Fargo. The home had been paid for for over 30 years, but my mom never received the title. This young lady took my information and helped me solve this problem. I was very greatful. She is an asset to your bank. Good job. Deborah Serna

When in today at 9:05 this place was the worst service out in the valley when in took money out got 6 hundreds that were ripped bad one was missing a whole corner please check all your money and Griselda older lady avoid here she just shoves money to you all over the place!!!!
