    Boulos Bittar is RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL I set up an appointment to see business banker at this location. I was seen by a banker named Boulos Bittar. He had attitude and did not make any attempt to help or answer any of my business account questions. I have wasted 1 hour at this branch. I have been banking with Wells Fargo for almost 2 Decades, and my experience with this branch made me to take my business elsewhere.

    Good luck. They will either steal your money, time, or soul. Try another bank, or even just your matress. Wells Fargo could care less, but the employees at this branch are the worst of the worst. They might as well not show up. These people should not even be allowed to work cleaning bathrooms at Burger King. I would not trust them to walk and chew gum at the same.

    There’s a reason they have such a low ā­ļø rating. Because the staff is rude, not efficient at all, an they don’t know how to answer the phones. Who ever the branch manager is needs to go. This location is an embarrassment one of the worst in Minnesota.

    "Lobby closes at 5pm" unless it's a day ending in "y." Then the lobby doors are locked at 3pm. The drive through lane is backed up at least 10 cars. People have business to get done that can't be done online..... which is why we are here. Schedules still have to be kept. Waiting so long for menial service is NO way to do business. Shame on you Well Fargo for being incapable of providing the service people need during these challenging times.

    Can't deposit money into my father's account without him present they said after waiting 10 min in the drive through. But then I went online and sent it to his account without him or an uninformed banker, that worked just fine. Stop being so inconsistent and inconvenient. Maybe you'll get better reviews. I'm reading the other reviews and it shows what they stand for. Close this branch and just put up ATMs. Or put this worthless branch in the Burnsville Mall 🤣 It's where is belongs

    Before I start, you can look and see that 95% of my reviews are positive. I'll no longer do business with Wells Fargo. I'm in the process of cancelling all my direct pay from this account. About a month ago I have problems with my debit card being hacked, Wells Fargo was looking into it and eventually settled everything. Last night I went there and I was told I couldn't deposit a check that was only $3,000 because the check was bigger than my average deposit. I wasn't trying to cash a check I was trying to deposit it and I was willing to wait for however long it took to clear. They told me I couldn't do it because my account was less than a year old, but in reality I've been with Wells Fargo for almost 4 years. I hope a general manager reads this message and reaches out to me. I opened up a new account last night and deposited the same check and it's available to take out the funds today. Every time I go there I feel like because of my name I'm treated a little different. The people communicate into me was very rude. Anyone from Wells Fargo that disputes my claims, I can post the deposit attempt, and then I can pose the deposit I made with the new bank with the same check. I guarantee I will get no call back. There's a reason this particular location is a 1.9 rating on Google

    Looking at some of the reviews are shocking. I personally love this branch. Although sometimes theres a bit of a wait. It's always seemed like it's the customer base slowing this drive through down.. not the staff. Everyone is always super super helpful and they always have bright and smiling faces with every guest. Love this branch because they always will go above and beyond for you.

    All of sudden a $30 service fee started showing up on my checking account every month. Was told by Wells Fargo customer service it was authorized by someone at this branch but I haven't lived in this area for a couple years. Was told that the only way to reverse the charge was to show up in the branch. Stinks to me like me like Wells Fargo is creating accounts for people they never authorized again and then making it incredibly difficult to cancel them. Also, they definitely won't be refunding the service fees I've already paid in! At this point it is easier to cancel and move to another bank than to continue enduring this level of blatant customer disregard.

    So I didnt want to wait in line as drive thru is probably 30+ mins...I get it bc of covid. That said, I asked the guy who came to the dr if they had an overnight dropbox...he said yes. I adked kindly if I could get one of the envelopes ( they kind they give you cash back in) so I could drop some checks...he said no. I explained to him i needed an envelope so I could keep checks together...he insisted I go thru drive thru...I explained Im not waiting 30+ mins, I just need the free envelopes as they normally give them out....again, he said to go thru drive thru and closed the door shaking his head. Pretty pathetic service, I'm continually frustrated with how poor customer service is with WF. It's 14:22 on 18 May 2020. The guy who was a poor customer service rep appeared to be African of maybe 30-35 yrs old. Pathetic...
