    I seriously question how this location has stayed open. The worst wait time in this branch while people are trying to get in and out. Only 2 tellers assisting and one seems new, it's 6/1 1:30pm. The others in the back are just going about their day as if there isn't 10ppl in line waiting to be serviced. Where are the branch managers trying to help like at other locations? Asking people while they wait in line? Ridiculous!!

    The worst branch I ever went long wait time security like in prison very poor customer service all transactions done behind the window by teller not allowed to do anything .Good it’s closed now Also one time I went there with my mom she is 85 years old and we spent there almost 2 hours my mom want to use the restroom there but they not let her go we went home and came back again

    I 've bank with wells Fargo for years, since the early 90s. I was shocked when I could not use the restroom at the Avalon location in Carson, CA. I had never gone to any branch that did not provide a public restroom to its customers. I usually bank in FL. Maybe it's just a CA thing! Got to run. Should have used the restroom first!

    Total 8 windows but only 2 windows with tellers doing sevice in rush hours,,, long wait and don’t see store management to take action improve this long wait and slow situation!!

    They eliminated the commercial customer line. Apparently they don't value business customers anymore. I used was told that the entire company eliminated them.

    They get an A+ when it comes to excuses and reasons why they can't help. I go in to make a wire transfer (because it is urgent). They refuse to help even though the manager is just standing there doing nothing. They tell me to make an appointment and the next availability is over a wee away. Wells Fargo is not a business friendly bank. I'm moving to chase immediately where they are happy to help customers.

    Why is this temporary closed? We need a bank and after reading the reviews I really hope they closed up because the poor costumer services
