They're so lazy ! They don't care about the costumers time and they don't respect the costumer as well! I had a stolen check book and went there for help 3 times and they did nothing for me One time they said it's a business account you have to wait for 2 hrs, another time you need to provide documents because we can't use that we have on existing business account ! 3rd time they told me sorry the banker is taking lunch and maybe she'll back after an hour! OMG ! It's the worst branch in bay area

I had a great experience visiting this Branch. Marissa Ratti is an exceptional Personal Banker and left no stone unturned in explaining the entire account opening process and walked me through the mobile App and ATM features.

Friendly, helpful staff when you have to walk in the branch to get service. Wait is never that long. There is usually a greeter who greets and points you to next available teller. This branch has bilingual staff that does speak Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Friendly staff but can have really long lines and only 2 tellers working ....That can delay a lot.

Posted closing time for new year's eve are 2:00pm but the doors were locked when I arrived at 12:30pm. Shame on lazy wells employees.

This place is a joke. I came in to get help about what Wells Fargo was doing with my account. I had deposited a check through the mobile app and WF reversed the process, leaving my account in a negative balance. The manager on duty told me that I have to contact my employer's bank who wrote me the check. So I did. The employer's bank tells me that they had fully processed the check and it should be available to deposit the next day. The next day comes and my account was no longer in the negative BUT Wells Fargo did some sketchy thing where they ended up "returning" the check back to employer's bank (Or so it said on the app). SO I call the employer bank back and they tell me that the check has already been deposited on their end and that I need to go back to Wells Fargo. I end up going to Wells Fargo right after and the rude manager on duty tells me that they canceled the deposit check and the new check will be mailed to me. ??????? I'm sorry when was that information going to be relayed back to me??? I asked her how was I supposed to know that you did that. I never got an email, phone call, or app notification within these 3 days that Wells Fargo was going to switch it up on me.

Teddy the service manager is the best. Customer service was incredible. Even though I am not a wells Fargo customer she was so helpful cashing a cashiers check for me. Thank you teddy, you are the best

The staff here is great, always helpful and friendly. I wish all other banks were like these people.

Great Wells Fargo. Great staff. After visiting other branches I appreciate how friendly and helpful they are at this location.
