But when the process is made super easy thru customer service & I can walk into this location to receive a temporary card is why I stay committed to Wells Fargo. What an amazing group of staff. I'm not from Philadelphia I hear temporary for a job. I have to say I'm super impressed with the customer service not only the teller but the manager gave to me today. They represent Wells Fargo very well!

Every single time I am here I wait over 30 minutes when I am “allegedly” next in line! I have been here countless times and every experience is the same. The people who work here are extremely nice and helpful, which is why I come back...but the wait time is outrageous. I have come at all different times during the day and it is the same experience. If you think 1 hour is enough, you should plan for 2 with wait time, service and commute (5-8 min) all included.

The manager here informed me that their lawnmkwer shed of a bank is no longer accepting cash deposits. Only checks and money orders are accepted from non account holders. This is a violation of federal law, as money is legal tender and cannot be discriminated against by a bank. Long lines, rude staff, horrible experience. Went after corporate and closed two accounts after visiting here. I took the cash from their own ATM and they wouldnt accept it.
