Wells Fargo Bank W 52nd Ave, Arvada

Do not go to this branch if you are a commercial account. They will not give you change orders. I have been doing my change orders for 6 weeks with this branch, using the same verification process. They now are refusing to do my change because I am not listed. Only our company owner is listed. I have acct number, ID, am always in uniform and now all of a sudden they refuse to do it. The male teller is beyond rude and refuses to actually ask for help. He asked me to leave today without attempting to help at all! Beyond terrible service. I will now have to drive twice as far to another branch where they actually help their commercial accounts!! Go to 80th and wads, they always help right away!

The worst bank I have ever been to in my life. The lines are always long. Expect to wait in line at least 15 minutes. The drive thru atm never has money.

Wells Fargo is the best! I've used other banks, but none can compare, friendly associates, better banking hours, better programs.

Been a Wells Fargo bank customer for over a decade and have been getting my documents notarized with them frequently. I Decided to stop at this one on 52nd and Vance to get a document notarized, since I was in the area. Upon requesting this, I was told that " I'm sorry, the bankers are booked for the day" WHAT@!!???. Lol, we saw 2 of them not doing anything but walking around and just sitting at their desks and Noone else was there. And since when do you need an appointment to get something notarized- never had that happen before....very disappointed 😞

I've been to many Wells Fargo locations all over the US. Set aside the fact the parking is great and lobby is spacious. Karen makes this place special. Not only was she kind and very funny, she went way beyond to help me. I'd give her 10 stars. Thank you so much, Karen. Opening account with you was special to me.

Why is it all banks are open on Saturday but the big branches. One on 54 and Wadsworth, a large branch, can't open like the little 3 teller branch In Brighton? Wells Fargo has changed and it is not for the better. I wish wells Fargo was back to helping people and not just the profits.

Routinely has insane wait times. Drive thru shut down. Several members of the staff are stand offish. Don't care about commercial or private banking concerns or issues. Branch manager won't make time to discuss issues. Garbage location at an already questionable banking institution.

Stay away. Make the drive to the Youngfield location in Wheat Ridge if you need to speak with a banker.

This bank is full of clowns that refuse to help with any kind of customer service issues. They won't answer questions on why they can or can't do something. Just refer you to the 800 number customer service.

I have been with Wells Fargo for nearly two years. Every time I come into this place people are friendly with me. As for the business side, Wells Fargo has always been fair with me, even though they could have smeared my finances with legitimate reason. This is a good bank/branch to do business with. Compassionate, considerate and professional.
