Easily the best bank I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. I’ve been with a few other banks now and Wells Fargo (specifically this branch) has been nothing but helpful. Their entire staff has always been very helpful and patient with me. 100% recommend.

Absolutely horrible customer service. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for over 10 years, never had a problem with getting documents notarized until I land in North Wilkesboro, NC. The worst part is that they gave me instructions to get the process done, then refused me a second time. Seriously thinking about dealing with another financial institution!!!%

Tabitha Bynum is an absolute evil person. She runs that place. Everyone go to cash a Toyota check she wants to call and verify the money is there. Everytime!!! Do not go here!

The worst bank in the world

I don’t understand the poor reviews, because these folks have been extremely kind and helpful to my wife and me sense relocating here this spring. COVID 19 has made their business structure a little more challenging especially one on one visits with a personal banker but I’ve never had a problem getting an appointment to see someone inside. Good folks.

Seems pointless to have a local branch when they just tell you to call the 1-800 number then they say you have to go to the local branch to do it. Luckily I got an appointment and Chris did an amazing job and saved the day.
