I was beyond disappointed the staff actually lied to me by saying that there were no fees for an account that the teller was trying to convince me to open and then in the second breath told me that there would be a $7.50 fee for cashing a check as I didn't yet have an account with Wells Fargo. Shady deals and horrible customer service. stay away!!!

Horrible customer service specially garcia he talk too much to other co works instead of focus on the customer and do the transaction faster and accurent.i was waiting for 10mn before someone even say hi or something to let me know they will be with me shortly

Not open inside and you have to wait forever in drive thru, only 1 lane open. Last time I waited over a half hour, I know its old school but when you are doing banking for someone else you want the slips to give them. Older people dont do online banking. Open both lanes please.

Absolutely, positively the worst managed bank in the World! The staff is useless, slow & incompataint. Plan on being there at least 30 minutes for a simple drive-thru transaction (and that's if your first in line). It won't be long till their shut down.

I was just racially profiled at this branch after waiting for two hours in the drive thru because the branch is closed it’s my turn so I asked the teller for a specific amount she comes back and says you have to call ahead and request that amount the day before,I say ok, so she said I can get half that amount I say ok cool, so the manager comes up to the screen and says they cannot process request because the check didnt clear but the check cleared two days prior and I have been withdrawing money, and they don’t know the bank on the check , so I called another branch 5 minutes away and they said they never heard of either of these practices and they verified that the check cleared , I would like something to be done about this situation or I will take it further
