    With the problems and no available appointments at our Wells Fargo branches in Aurora, CO we waited to send more wires until we arrived in GFX. Our small business experience here was excellent. Thank you Jennifer S! It goes to show a WF professional can engage in cordial conversation yet still execute the sending of wires flawlessly. 5 Stars for Jennifer and a negative 1 star for WF corporate = our 4 star rating.

    If I could rate this second class establishment a -5 star review I would. I walked in a while ago and wanted to open an account. One of the bankers out of the 5 was busy. No one greeted me and no one even bothered to look my way. And the blonde lady sat right across the lobby from where I sat down and even looked at me. After listening in on a disgusting conversation between her and another employee I decided to walk right out. Terrible service, terrible people. Needless to say, it's unfortunate that Wells Fargo decided to hire the employees it did in Grand Forks. what a waste.

    Would not let me shut down my checking account after switching to a different bank. Kept my account active to just charge me. Took 3 days instead of instantly. Do not bank here.

    LOL as if Wells Fargo as a corporation hasn't acted badly enough, they have a adacity to now ask 5 dollars per statement per month to print out. So 3 months of the same account is 15 dollars. For a couple sheets of paper. That can be done yourself online for pennies. Later. Customer gone.

    Knew this is an excellent branch because, as a first-time customer, I am greeted as soon as I walked through the door by multiple tellers. I needed to open a savings account, so I waited in the lobby until a Customer Service Representative (CSR) was available. Only sat for approximately 10 minutes, but noticed that people coming in were acknowledged by their first name; some were even asked how their spouse was. Mr. Stull (CSR) opened my account, very informational, and provided some recommendations for further banking plans.

    Just don't. There has got to be way better banks in town. They do not know how to deal with out of state marriage certificates and some of the staff members there are rude. Ellarene held up my own marriage certificate and was like "read this" 🤦‍♀️ as if she knew better than the people who it belongs too. Don't even try calling, they will not pick up and there is no voicemail. I will been closing my account asap. I have been banking at wells fargo for almost 10 years. The quality and service is not what it used to be.

    ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE DO NOT BANK HERE I recently deposited a check into my personal checking account from my Employer’s account at another bank where I am authorised to sign and issue checks. Wells Fargo held the check stating that the signature was forged. I called immediately to clear it up and the situation only got worse. I offered to bring them forms and statements that prove I am an authorised signer, to which they told me weren’t necessary. The people at the local branch told me that they had it figured out and I received my funds. THEN the funds were taken back from my account with no warning overnight stating that the check had been returned and there was nothing that could be done unless I filed a claim. I was transferred to a hotline multiple times and given no resolution, but rather terrible attitudes. When I attempted to file a claim with their hot-line they told me that wasn’t possible! I was only able to make any progress with the representative after getting verbally upset. I am now out a couple thousand dollars and am being told I have to wait a minimum of 10 days to see a POTENTIAL resolution. I will be closing my account immediately upon “resolution” and warning everyone I know not to bank here.

    I normally don’t go into the bank for any reason, I always use the ATM drive up. Yesterday, I went in to deposit my check and I had an amazing experience with Crystal! The minute I walked in, she was leaning over the counter, smiling, ready to assist me. She commented on my shirt from a previous musical I had done and we talked for a good while about theater and the shows that we both adore. I was able to deposit my check and get cash all while holding such a pleasant conversation with her. It was a great experience overall and I will certainly be stopping in far more often!

    The manager I spoke to was named Mariah and she was competent with her duties but tbh she smelled like she had just finished smoking something that wasn't tobacco. Come to think of it her eyes were a lil red for that time of the afternoon also. I wasn't mad at her service, just that she was obviously stoned and handling people's cash is upsetting to me. Rant over!!!
