Wells Fargo Bank Broadway, North Bergen

The listing on Google says this location has a drive through open until 2 and they don't. I arrived around 10 to 1 to find the branch closed with no markings saying they closed at 12. It's also on there door that the branch is open until 2pm. The staff leaving was also extremely rude and nasty. As a customer for many years, it's upsetting. I will never come back to this location, maybe it's where it is in the middle of north bergen but staff should not be rude and nasty. There hours are misproperly posted and I've never been to this location so I don't know. They also blamed covid for closing early which is fine but then wear a mask. Out of the 3 that left 1 was wearing a mask....classy.....

Nice and helpful staff at this branch. A banker named Lucia helped us and we appreciate her fabulous assistance.

This Is A Nice Wells Fargo Bank But It First Opened On January 5th 1988 As First Union But The Name Was Changed To Wachovia On February 8th 2001 But The Name Was Changed To Wells Fargo On March 10th 2011

ATMs should be open 24/7 except on service work, Well today wasn’t the case it was close

Dirty, not friendly, bad customer service

On 11/12/19 I arrived around 11:15a to wait on line. Normally no problem. Behind the glass they had 5 people, with one 1 of those people being a teller. The one teller taking his time, having conversations while tending to customers with the people next to him. One of workers on his cell phone while standing next to next to the teller. Looking super arrogant! Only to walk away and not look at the people online and say "we will be with you in a moment" sarcastically said. As he walked to the back. I walked out. You can tell how much this branch has gone down hill with customer service. None of those people behind the glass welcomed you, or let you know sorry for the wait. They just laughed together while walking into the vault. If there weren't better wells fargo banks around I'd close my accounts. This location is sad. Drive a few extra blocks to guttenberg where atleast they acknowledge you as a human being.

I was in the 75 st branch waiting for a banker during more than 30 min, and one of them who saw me waiting attended a young man who did not have even 10 min there on the line for cashiers. I was with my baby, she was exited and screaming, my husband had to taker out. I just wasted my time and I left without receiving the service.

I've never had such an amazing experience in a bank, incredible customer service and I don't even have an account with this bank, just went to make a deposit. A+

Super bad service, I went to deposit a check that a client gave me and the mr put it without the day but with the month and the year what a problem to deposit and I call the manager to solve it and he tells me that nothing to do, thanks for helping your clients
