Extremely rude younger girl running the drive thru window. Rolled her eyes at us twice and her coworkers. She had the snappiest attitude I've seen in a while. They should find someone more professional to run their window.

The banker seemed very cold (which was a first for me) he then gave me a hard copy of the account information of another girl with the same name as me and told me it was mine. I went to my jobs and my school with this account information and didn't figure it out for 3 months! When I discovered the information wasn't mine I immediately contacted the bank and it took them one week to return to me all of the money that was rightfully mine and fix the entire situation.

I had to find a notory public at 5 pm on a Friday. After going to two places where their notorys were gone for the day, I stopped at this Wells Fargo branch. Their notory was still on duty and he cheerfully notorized my documents. Big surprise, he didn't even charge me for his service. Can't beat that.

They are pretty cool. Never keeps the same people for long but I had no problems to complain about with this bank yet.

Customer service is on point!! Very friendly staff, very helpful. We had two young children going crazy while we were there and they didn’t make us feel bad or anything, quite the opposite. Will be using this branch regularly and very happy to! Highly recommend Wells Fargo in Okatie.

I'm very dissatisfied with them. I've been a loyal customer since they were called Wachovia Bank and I had direct deposit, so imagine my surprise when they cxled my account. I'm hurt and very dissappointed.
