It was not my local branch. I visited there the first time. They were so nice and helpful. I was in an out in 10 minutes with my cash.

I came to open a business account with Jaime and he was extremely rude and unhelpful. He was condescending to me and my female business partner and we left without opening an account and without any information. I am extremely disappointed and do not recommend using this location. We went across the street to chase instead to open our business account, credit card and line of credit and they set it up for us right away.
